Nope, the angle from the Luton end shows it wasn't a hand either. It was definitely for Palmers push, debateable if it was one but you can see why he gave it and especially if he had second thoughts about the penalty in the first place.

I was told that it was because the ball was handled but not so then, but you can clearly hear the whistle being blown on that Twitter video as soon as the challenge for the ball is made.

At the end of the day though, I think a draw was a fair result.
