That's what I thought. Also, I'm sure he blows the whistle as the challenge for the ball occurs or even before it.Nope, the angle from the Luton end shows it wasn't a hand either. It was definitely for Palmers push, debateable if it was one but you can see why he gave it and especially if he had second thoughts about the penalty in the first place.
