Well, I ended up shoulder barging the back door - which opened alarmingly easy. I’ve now given a neighbour a spare key. I don’t think there are any scousers about - all the cars still have their hubcaps.

People who do not even have their headlights on in thick fog let alone their actual fog lights. Side lights or daytime LEDs don't cut it as they don't often turn on your rear lights.

I hate that it is the marathon this weekend and I have been trying to get in for 6 years but no joy. Yet last year a close friend got in first time of asking and for this year, another close mate got in the first time of asking.

I always tick the box to put in for charity but my mate didn't and got in. I wonder if they have a quota that they have to give to those who do not put in. Might try it for next year.

Run obsessed friend of mine has been in the London marathon 3 times in the last 5-6 years. I think only one of them was for charity. Its just pot luck I believe.

Agreed. Women in particular are notorious for this, commenting on what other women look like or are wearing. Who are they to comment on somebody else's appearance.

That's the way my old man went, but he was 67 and been drinking for years. At 28 the guy must've been hitting it hard daily to inflict that damage.
