Can't help but think Pagnell would know what to do in a situation like this. So sad he had to leave in the way he did.
I've not noticed him around now you mention it, why did he leave?

I remember trying to read Oor Wullie and The Broons as a kid, couldn't understand a word of it! Similar with Irvine Welsh books, though if you read them in a Scottish accent you're fine.

We always got the Sunday Post as one of our Sunday papers at home. I loved reading the match reports with full team details for all the Scottish League matches - even painted up a few of my Subbuteo teams with red and white hoops, nasty acid orange and yellow stripes and, of course, hoops to run a Scottish Select League that included Barrow, Workington, Carlisle and Newcastle.

I still turn to Oor Wullie and The Broons before anything else on Sundays when I'm up to see dad for a weekend but the match reports aren't as good (or comprehensive) as they were in the 60s.

Taking my car to the garage for its MOT.
Yeah mine is in today as well, had an engine light come up last week on the dash and despite it running fine I'm apprehensive it could be something major needing done!! Waiting the phone call from the garage now, yikes!!

Solicitors fees, stamp duty (what even is this?), survey fees & broker fees when buying a house ><. Just manage to cobble together a deposit and need to find another couple of grand on top, it's shit!

Jamie Oliver has won his war on sugar and is looking out for everyone's children. What a guy.

Have you seen how much salt he puts in food when he cooks? The government should tax that next. I can't have Oliver at any price, he makes me swear involuntarily when I see his face.
