As you all know, I originally formed The Brotherhood as a response to the sheer spite directed at former Football League clubs, who at that time were relatively few, by the Tin Potter community who liked to indulge the fantasy that their own clubs were in any way the equal of the Brother clubs. In recent times, some supporters of the more recently arrived former Football League clubs have more or less gone native and sided with the Tin Potters in this behaviour, against some of their Brother clubs.

Everyone knows who those fans are. I have therefore decided to introduce a new title for these individuals: Tin-Potter-Brother. Accordingly, they are no longer permitted to address me directly and should ask one of the regular Brothers to make their representations to me on their behalf

This title does not affect their club's status in the Brotherhood, which remains unchanged but it will reflect their individual, personal status among the community of Brothers.
