Anyway, a big result that. Didn't think we'd lose it if I'm honest, but it was another well drilled, disciplined performance. Would love to have seen Keita get his first goal for the club, but he spurned a good chance. We aren't 'quite' clicking from midfield and in attack creatively, but I'm sure that will come once we start playing two games a week again from this week.

5 wins out of the opening 5, for the first time since 1990 or so. Marvellous stuff! :)

It's between City and Liverpool so there's a 50-50 chance.

That's fast math.

Firstly ,lets laud the embodiment of spirit instilled by the manager, then swiftly skate on to the reincarnation of 'one James Milner' into something resembling the glorious ravenous animal he was at Leeds,he covered more grass than Qualcast yesterday and pressed and harried the opposition like a man possessed. I still think we're slightly disjointed in terms of linking the midfield with our attack but I'm sure our methodical German will find the right balance.

It's evident that this season opposing teams and managers are going to have to take out a copy of the 'Art Of War' if they want to out battle or indeed outwit the current team and the managers machinations and blueprint towards our advancement. Spurs were simply outmaneuvered and outfought ,Dembele was afforded little space and the middle closed down with such efficiency and to such an extent, Spudz only real outlet was the ball over the top of our defense.

It's victories like these that I find more pleasing than a rout ,competent, rigid and tactically 'practically' meticulous ,we compressed the play and denied Spudz more inventive players the space to even threaten let alone pick out a pass that could wound us.
