David Perkins back from injury who we desperately missed in the last two games whilst Mark Ellis being out for the rest of the season means either Sid Nelson (who has been unconvincing) or Steve McNulty will feature.

Our fate for the season looks sealed but I'm hoping we win this more than a usual. Seeing Bury celebrate a promotion on our pitch (again) with a team of players they literally can't afford would be a massive kick in the teeth. Given the statement released yesterday, I can't see any way forward for them other than administration, and the point deduction in league one, subsequent relegation, then an opportunity to rebuild at this level sends absolutely no message to other teams, or even Bury (again), considering the boom or bust approach.

I’m genuinely unsure on this game. We’re nowhere near a fully fit team at the moment but they can still turn it on for more important games, just feel they’ll have it at the back of their minds that the playoffs could only be 10 days away.

I can see it going to the same way as Lincoln and both teams giving it beans for 70 mins then settling for draw if level.

Looking possible the home attendance is going to be around the same as FGR game (presales are higher) so 11000+

Bury fans have been coming Billy Big Bollocks on Twitter moaning about tickets all week yet only managed to sell out last night. If the FA/FL had any balls whatsoever Bury would be nowhere near the top 6 having had a points reduction and told to get rid of players they are reportedly paying, or rather not paying, 5-8 k a week to on sub 4000 crowds and a 14 million debt. Birmingham got 9 points taken off them. Why haven`t Bury who have been living well above their means for the last 4 seasons? Having seen the way their "fans" (well people who got tickets claiming to be Bury fans yet there was no sign of them at Gigg Lane earlier this season) danced all over our pitch last time, a lot of them more interested in tauting us than celebrating their promotion, albeit with a team they couldn`t afford, I sincerely hope we smash them tomorrow

The answer is in your question. The EFL/FA dont have the balls or care until it starts effecting other clubs. Look at how they are dealing with Bolton for example.

I think it is simply the case that he does not want to play anymore. He still has a role as a leader off the pitch, but does not want to participate in games.

I have got nothing against most Bury fans, but the way their club has been run in recent years does not sit right at all and sets a terrible precedent. I would prefer MK to be promoted to be honest. A victory for Rovers tomorrow would probably take our faint automatic hopes to the final day.
