Yes they go a bit far sometimes but I'd rather have a management team who cared and get involved then ones who just stand/sit there and whisper behind a bit of paper.
Certainly not Evans/Raynor standard!
I sit the opposite side of the ground from the dugouts and don't tend to notice them very often if at all as I trying to watch not the antics between the dugouts.

I’ve never seen Mellon animated on the touchline besides in the 104th minute of the playoff final. Probably reassuring to players if a manager can keep their head.

He doesn’t seem to get any highs or lows, gave the same presser this week as he did after losing to Wrexham when we were 19th in NL. But you wouldn’t question his passion if you spoke to him in person.
