I quite liked Hemmings and he’s done okay at Burton, but he wasn’t worth anything like what we paid for him, let alone what someone appears to be now. Looks like Salford, mind.

Nah, he's terrible, a lazy goal-shy player. You really shouldn't bother.

In all seriousness, if the transfer comes through he's earned it. He'll run channels all day long, and has found where the goal is recently. He'll also make opposition defenders (and fans) piss boil. We'll miss him but I don't begrudge him a move to the FL.

We need a big target man alongside Mullin, so I'd imagine he'd be ideal for us. You're probably right though, it's likely Salford he's off to with Scholes apparently at the Burton match last weekend.

Hemmings is in no way a targetman, he’s about 5’9. Not sure I ever saw him win a header at ML. All irrelevant though if he’s off to Salford

Another attacking midfielder, so you’re clearly in for one. I seem to remember reading about Torquay fans booing him earlier in the season or something, but his record is really good statistically.

Yeah I know nothing about him at all other than the fact he scored against us earlier in the season

Gone all quiet on the name front at our place now, but Kev has said, whoever we bring in needs to hit the ground running and have been playing regularly, which would fit the bill for Kensdale and Neal, the last two through the door.

Wild just done a piece with our local paper saying him and the chairman are both in agreement that we aren’t selling anyone in January despite lots of interest for our players.

He also says we are looking to strengthen in certain areas over the next 10 days or so. In discussions with a few players. He’s previously mentioned wingers.

I think he was out of contract at the end of the season, hence the low rumoured fee. Gutted to lose him but wish him all the best, hope he carries on his form for you.
