Our club journo has contacted the club, who say no bids have been received or accepted and that's it's false journalism. We MAY have rejected an enquiry last night for him.

Seems like we bought Oldham out of their Tarkowski profit sell on clause last year. Good move that.

We've released Franck Moussa and Ricardo Vaz-Te.

Shame about Franck but I'm sure he'll find a league one club with ease.

Got a link to that because our official paper suggests otherwise?
Unfortunately not, so feel free to treat it as lies :) It was confirmed by a couple of very much in the know members of the fan base last year that we'd bought out the clause. Given their accuracy on almost all other points, I'm inclined to believe them in this instance.

Tick tock tick tock. 6 and a half hours left, no sign of any striker. Pathetic.

Did they refer to the cost of this?

You may well be right bud, but like you, I'm inclined to believe the local journo who's well in at the club.

Tom Lawrence & Kenneth Zohore signed on loan. Fuck your transfer embargo!

And not transfer news but we've also paid off Sam Hammam, now only one more dodgy foreigner to sort out..

Crazy fee for Tarkowski, well done the board. Made well over £20m in transfer fees this season now, well, if Burnley go up :p

Supposedly £4m up front, £2.5m on promotion, 20% of any profit on a future sale. Similar to the Gray deal in structure.

If I hadn't heard it from some good sources I wouldn't believe it!

Looking like just McGeady for us today, a few others have been rumoured but nothing firm so I can't see us doing much more tonight

Nothing. Though today was as much keeping players as bringing in any.

Mick saying he's happy with the team (if so then he's got to make top 6 IMO, it's like he's getting too comfortable in his position) but rumours suggesting we are in for Dack.
£2 million bid rejected apparently.

Haven't a clue what to believe but from past experience, a town deadline day is, more often than not, very tedious! Add to the fact the rumour has us actually spending money!!!!

Looks like we're about to sign Sanogo on loan from Arsenal, don't think he's scored a goal since the Spanish Armada.

The championship is shit anyway.

If you've seen O'Donnell joining permanantly you've seen it all
I was hoping for a finsher TBH.
I'm busy arguing that football is played with your feet and not your hands but sheer weight of numbers means I'm losing badly! Damn Yanks. ;)

While I'm happy with the fee and that someone with that attitude is gone, he was a fantastic defender, and our squad is significantly weaker than it was. Can't think of any team in England that comes close to losing so much of their starting XI in January without signing a single replacement.

Play offs are definitely not a possibility for us now.

After your close run seasons with Wolves, its nice that Brentford have also decided to do fuck all for a while. I hope you don't beat us to 11th place now!

Our business model is certainly working wonders. Tarky Gray and Odubajo cost us less than £2m in total, and when Burnley go up (they had better) we'll have made £20m profit on them.

Not too shabby. Though only Dean Judge Bidwell and Button left from last season now, and I doubt Dean or Judge will be here next year.

Pemberton and the board have shut up shop and gone for a Wetherspoons.

Toasting to great success - we've just about done enough to finish above Bolton. We finished bottom last time we were in the Championship, we may bloody well finish second bottom this time out. One step at a time eh? On the up.

No need to worry, we will replace these players that leave. I don't see much point in signing anyone today, we are going to be midtable this season either way so might aswell wait till the summer where the players aren't rip offs like they are in Jan.
