Being linked to Daniel Iversen on a free to replace Freddie Woodman in the summer. Was class for us on loan, but I was hoping we'd be looking for a keeper who has good distribution. Iversen does not.

Sounds like Woodman has something lined up already. He's been gash for at least 12 months. Alan Nixon saying he might be Man Utd's reserve keeper. Emil Riis, Patrick Bauer, and Kian Best leaving with him.

Ryan Ledson supposedly being released with those 4, Robbie Brady might stay, Holmes already gone. Ched Evans might stay as coach.

We have released two keepers Today.....Joel Coleman who will at best get a lge2 gig and Nathen Baxter who on his day is as good as anything in lge1......Not had a day since Evatt went but someone will get a decent keeper

I hope we can get a reliable keeper for the new season.
Dillon Phillips is out of contract and I really hope he goes.
Cameron Dawson hasn't been much better but might be able to step his game up if he has some serious competition.
We were spoiled by Victor Johansson, these two look so poor compared to him.

We have a good relationship with Villa, with Cameron Archer & Kesler-Hayden excelling on loan here. Plus, Barry's injury might put some other clubs off.

I think half of the Championship will be after Small if Charlton don't go up, 20yrs old, big, skillful, and rapid.

His form picked up a little when Evans was sacked but then he got injured against Mansfield so Phillips got back in.

In all honesty at times this season it's been hard to decide which of them was worst.

Both are reluctant to catch crosses which puts the defence under pressure, both flap rather than punch when they do come for a high ball.

Both are poor kickers and not great at organising the defence
I suppose Dawson wins because he is at least a good shot stopper.

We've been lucky to see goalkeepers of the quality of Martinez, Rodak, Iverson and latterly Johansson so we probably have been spoiled.

I think Dawson will still be here next season but it wouldn't surprise me to see Vickers return from Derby now his contract is up

Love summer rumours. We've been linked with Gambion international 20 year old Abdoulie Manneh. Attacking midfielder/striker playing in Sweden for Mjallby. Also linked with Bournemouth, Brighton, Wolves and Burnely. Apparently in the region of £4.2m, but Mjallby will accept less. Seems wierd to put us in with the others unless they are trying to drum up the price

I'm surprised with Jack. I thought he was doing ok at Championship level? Is it injuries with him, or just not quite stepped up? We were linked with Ledson in the Jan window as Mousinho played with him at Oxford. We have no CMs really so would make sense if it was us

Whatmough is ok, just backup at this level, but with Lindsay getting a new deal there's no point keeping both. Both slow as shit so only really suited to the centre of a back three. Panic stations if anyone remotely quick runs at either.

He does seem to pick up plenty of injuries, too.

Ledson is very limited. Very likeable guy who gives it his all, but he's a top end L1 midfielder for me. He should have been moved on 2 or 3 years ago. Again, backup at best in the Championship.

I'd be surprised if he moved so far down south, his Mrs is on Coronation Street.

We've put in a couple of bids for Cody Drameh at Hull. Not sure what sort of money we're talking about. Clearly hasn't settled there, but he's only 23 and would bring some much needed pace.

Sounds like Oli McBurnie has plenty of options in the Championship, not confident on that one.

Was good here but didn’t have great spells at Birmingham or Hull. Played well at left back against us last season though

In hindsight a player we should have signed post promotion rather then bring in the pretty average Kabore on loan, and then sign the useless Hashioka to fill that spot. Now stuck with him and the equally poor Walters

For a player of our budget and level, Issa Kabore wasn't that bad. City wanted £14M to sign him permanently. He's been playing for Werder Bremen this season. Super quick, but raw. Can't defend and long term probably more of a #7 than a #2.

As for Drameh, looks like Hull want £1M for him. I don't think he's worth that... maybe in the £500K range.

Really? £1m couldn't even get you a young RB who has had a good season in L1 these days.
