Honestly, absolutely furious with this. Oldakers just been sent off for dissent, cooks started some right back that’s nowhere fucking near ready and now dragged him after 26 minutes. I get we’ve injuries but this is absolute self destruction from us.

Worst part is, from what I’ve seen so far, MK looked there for the taking ffs
Was gonna say we haven’t even played well. We look rusty having had 2 weeks off following the postponement at Fleetwood and FA Cup weekend.

Easiest game of season for you lot this now. Cook won’t change anything and we’ll keep Grigg up there even with a man less who will probs have 3 touches between now and the end of the game.

What we should do is throw Berry on asap and try and hit you in break over top with some pace. We won’t though, and this will finish 4 or 5-0

Let’s be honest we haven’t been sensational at all during our winning run, but so long as we keep finding ways to win who cares how we play!

Bet Swindon and Accrington are seriously regretting going to ET on Saturday now. They are both 4-0 down and we've not even reached HT yet!

Someone has put 50p in Svanthorsson tonight. If this is what he's got in his locker then you lot need to send thoughts and prayers to your right backs.

Christmas come early for Colchester and Grimsby !

Will Swindon and Accrington blame the fact they had extra time on Saturday ?

Took Cook 17 minutes to oblige my request. Thanks Andy!
I couldn’t tell you what he was booked for but we’ll create as many chances for him whilst he’s sat in the stand as on the pitch - zero.

It's not been a great game, but on the other hand, it has been boring. No complaint from me if we get away with a point but I don't think it would get the fans off Maynard's back.

Mad thing about this game is, if we get Grigg & Dobra off for Berry & Colclough ASAP and we could still get a result here. Them two with their pace & directness will cause MK all sort of problems on the break with the size of this pitch.

If changes don’t happen (they won’t with Cook until about 75th min) though & MK up the intensity 2nd half though they should run away with it cos we look beaten at the moment.

Banks hobbling about isn’t great either (even though he has been absolutely wank) because there ain’t any midfield options on the bench.

Would take a 2-0 defeat right now if offered it.

Well of the pace tonight, seem rusty, we have moments but no real periods of pressure and have been sloppy in dangerous areas and been lucky to get away with it.

Need a roasting at half time and maybe get Richard’s or BBB on to give us some pace, it’s slow and laboured.

Holloway already got that in before the match, so absolutely yes he'll be banging that drum again.

We do look way fresher than them to be fair, but I think they'll be over it when they're coming out the tunnel at Annfield next month!

Pretty poor half from us. We really struggle on tight pitches and we just look a bit lacklustre. Had a couple of reasonable chances but so have Cheltenham.

The width of the pitch is ridiculous. How do Cheltenham cope with it? The ball is constantly into touch and it's impossible to get anything going.

Fun fact. Unless you want to take the as-the-crow-flies shortest route over the Pennines, Grimsby is a longer away day by distance than MK Dons, Swindon, Newport and Carlisle for us. Couple that with it being a regular haunt for Crewe fans, the less than stellar condition of the away end at Blundell Park(I know, our away end is hardly winning awards) and the fact it's 2 weeks before Christmas and even 300 is optimistic. We took 132 last season when we were 5th around the same time of year. Be happy if we crack 200 to be honest.
Didn't know it was that low last season. Following your turnout at Vale I thought your numbers might be up, but I've seen Gy v Crewe games at BP for over 50 years and I don't think I've ever seen you top 300.

How shit must you be, we’re winning at home! We’re playing well but Accy have been truly shocking. Would be nice to get a couple more to help the goal difference (didn’t think I’d be saying that an hour ago).

Even we topped 300 this season! Crewe, I’m disappointed.

Notts well on top and then a corner goes straight in. Ah well, suspect that's game over

Well sure it might not help but still no much excuse for being 4-0 down at half time v Colchester who are hardly high flyers.

Anyway in your game Accington are winning the second half!

3-0 now, Alex Gilbey with his second from a Tom Carroll assist. Perfect evening if we can keep the clean sheet (something we are yet to do under Lindsey and Chesterfield have been unlucky too with two shots off the post in the 2nd half…)

The fuck in there Ronan. Last kick of the game to salvage a point. Hell of a goal too.

We didn't even try in the second half, just cruised for 45 mins and gave away two stupid goals in the process.

Perfect evening it is. Could have had more but equally could have conceded.

Our first clean sheet under Scott Lindsey and our first clean sheet at all since Saturday 7th September…nearly 3 months but hopefully we’ll now keep them on the regular…
