Yeah its definently getting around - 2 weeks ago I went to Derby v Sheff Utd and the large vocal contingent of Derby fans behind the goal by the away fans started singing it at Billy Sharp and it was quite loud and I thought it was just plain wrong and sad to see that a rather large group of people thought it was acceptable to sing that.

A small section of our fans sung it today at one of our ex players who plays for Mansfield now, its just out of order and embarrasing.

Some sort of message from the authorities IMO has to be put out that this sort of shit isn't acceptable, I mean if anyone walks up to someone in the street and said they was a sex offender with no proof, they'd probably get decked.

Why pick on Billy Sharp? It wasn't that long ago that fans were giving him plaudits as he carried on bravely playing after the tragedy of the death of his child.

If it's the song I'm thinking of we sing it about ex chairman Lee Power, but it seems its now commonly sung about opposition players willy nilly (pardon the expression) now?

Can't believe how ridiculously poor our home form is. First 6 home games, 2 wins (Fleetwood and Charlton), 2 draws (Plymouth and Rotherham), 2 losses (Bolton and Ipswich, both 1-0). Since then we have played 8 home games - 1 win (Oxford), 1 draw (Shrewsbury), 6 losses (Wimbledon 1-0, Accrington 1-0, Portsmouth 3-0, MK 3-2, Cambridge 1-0, Burton 2-1).

Nothing to say other than LOL at these Gillingham highlights.

Have your players just totally given up with 18 games to go?
Yes basically and apart from the youth players everyone is out of contract in the summer so their heads are already elsewhere. Our problems run far deeper than the performances on the pitch though.

Except his personal terms will be higher on a free and he’ll likely get offers from teams higher than yourselves. Maybe it’s Dempsey himself who wants to see out his contract, who knows.

I thought Gillingham were just trying to get 3/4 more games out of him to pick up some points before selling him to us towards the end of the window tbh. Agree it will be harder to attract him in the summer. I think that’s why we’ve done what we’ve done with Charles, Morley etc already and paid the fees. Not sure where he fits in now we’ve signed Sadlier and Kieran Lee was incredible again yesterday. I thought Dempsey would come in to play as a 10 but can only see him playing as a 6/8. Which role does he play for you more often than not?

Not sure a message from any authority is going to help. We released a club statement asking people to stop and it hasn’t all season. If anything I think it will embolden people to antagonise and do it more. Certain section of society seems to a absolute revel this sort of stuff for some reason.

I think Dave Richards is quite possibly the worst keeper we’ve had in a decade. An absolute liability with zero redeeming qualities. To think some were clamouring for this joker to be our number 1.

Fleetwood have bolstered their attack with the loan signing of Josh Harrop from PNE. He looks a useful player and will give us a few more options up front as we are still missing injured players
An awkward game tomorrow against Cambridge. Hoping they have one eye on next week's Cup game, we really need a win which I hope we can just about manage
Injured after 5 minutes.

I suspect he's not really bothered though.

Probably because they are morons. To add, I am talking in terms of this chant, a bit of gentle winding up is fine especially if it distracts a quality opposition player.

Actually thought until yesterday we were turning a bit of corner but that was poor yesterday regardless of the conditions.
We barely created anything after the previous 3 home games where we must have created 20 odd decent chances, typically the one time we did Marquis score but he starved of service otherwise .

It's easy to beat us at home, press high, play for set pieces and spoil, packed defence is handy too as we take an eternity to actually put the ball in the box if at all.

Got injured from taking a corner. Those type of injuries are always the worst ones.

Yeah, you'd imagine it's a pull and he'll be out for 3 or 4 weeks minimum.

Shit for Fleetwood, we've been stuck with an injured loanee all season too in Josh Murphy.

I fully expect him to be shipped back to you by end of tomorrow. Feel for the lad but no good to us.Think it's too late to get anybody else in, but you never know

We have to agree to that and I very much doubt we will.

Thanks for fucking up my acca Mackems..I had you down as a “both teams to score “ which I thought was a safe bet. £1164 down the swanny..
Thing is, you are usually good for goals - it’s just conceding them that’s the issue.
Must have been a strange afternoon for you.
Sorry mate, if it makes u feel better lincoln knocked mine. Had them to win. We were shite. We do usually score but saturday was abysmal. Not surprised LJ is gone now.

We seem to concede control in home games far too often for some reason. We get outnumbered in midfield and go too gung-ho in trying to find what's effectively a front four.

Ironically enough, for a possession based side, we should want control.
