What was that disallowed for?

Wycombe's result was worse than ours. I'd have taken 2 draws at the start.

We were under the cosh after conceding the equaliser, then their number 6 gives away an absolute howler to Magennis.
Probably didn't deserve three points, but ill take it. That's us safe now.

Scraped a 0-0 at Wycombe with our first away clean sheet in a year. However, for all the efforts at goal, Blackman was only forced into a couple of decent saves, the others were fairly routine.

Benning was lucky to stay on the pitch. Should have had a 2nd yellow for a handball when trying to claim a foul with half an hour to go. Could easily have got another for a lunge not long after. He's been poor most of the season, but tonight he looked like a competition winner given the chance to play professional football for the first time.

Hadn't realised Wycombe's run in. Seems to me that they've run out of steam at the end like we did in 2017/18, with the moneyed clubs (Wigan and Blackburn in our case) pulling away at the end of the season

Corner went out before coming back into play.

Result that does very little to us but at least we showed some fight and stayed in the game.
With the 2 games we’ve played against each other I’m really struggling to see how your in 2nd place, slightly better tonight than at the racecourse but overall you’ve been wank on both occasions, can’t wait to hear parkys excuse wagon.

the "handball" wasn't one, I don't think, but the lunge from behind was fucking dodge.

And yeah, we do have a shit run-in, as I've said on here before I can see us even falling further into the playoff places in favour of Charlton, we're out of form at exactly the wrong time.

I'd give us at best a 30% chance of going up this season.

You should be grateful that we (Brunt) has handgifted you 2 points this season through mindless penalties. Maybe he's a fan.

Tbh, can't argue with that...a lot of us are baffled too, but we are where we are.
Parky Ball has metamorphisized into keeping a tight ship and nicking a goal rather than the old gung-ho approach that got us here.

Morrison? I think they call that "experience", he's been at it with admirable regularity all season.

Turns out playing well against just Wrexham and Bolton, and still not winning, doesn't really help the league table!

Deserved loss against Burton, we’ve not been that bad in a half in a long time in the second half.

First half could’ve ended 3-3, both sides with some really lazy defending.

Bowyer made a few subs at 1-0 down and changed their shape and within mins Burton were in front and deservedly saw the game out.

The 7th time we've scored 3 or more goals this season. We've won one of them. We've scored 6 against Posh this season and haven't got a point!

At the end we had a centre forward (Swan) playing as a left back and another (Adeyemo) playing as right back . It's been our problem all season. Oh, for a wide defender.

Another terrible ref to add to the tally (no idea if it was a penalty at the end). I've never seen a ref allow so many pushes in the back , for both teams! It was comical. You could see some players getting frustrated and others taking advantage of it. Towards the end it was a wrestling match.

We're going down fighting. That's all I ask.

We weren't at our best last night but got the job done with a little help from Mansfield on the first goal. I thought Mansfield were actually pretty good but lacked a bit of cutting edge in front of goal. We now have Lincoln, Cambridge and Northmapton before back to back games against Wycombe and Wrexham. Will be a huge task but if we pull off wins in our next 3 and Wrexham and Wycombe have a result (or two) like last night it could be all to play for going into the final 3 games

Awful, awful game last night between two poor teams.....The ball was like a hot potato with nobody trying to slow or control the game. Every ball went long. Meat and drink for both defences. Scrappy winner in the 92min
Local derby hoodoo over.
Decent ref let a lot go and never fell for the shit house tactics most teams employ in this league.
Still play 5 at the back which infuriates me. Easy now to play against and work out.........That last play off place nobody wants.
Missed Morley tonight looked light in midfield with Randal and Sheehan hardley getting a kick.

Need some of our better players back asap
