As I said long night and we are shit at set pieces. 2 goals conceded from corners. Absolutely amateur. And been happening since the start of last season. This is starting to remind me of how we looked first half of last season

it is looking like the first half of last season because quite simply we have players who would struggle to get into a lge 2 team on the pitch tonight

We should've been 2 or 3 up then Flinders with his 20 odd years of experience picks up a back pass and they score from the indirect free kick. Fair to say that's annoyed me a bit.

Cambridge the better side for the first half an hour. Such a poor goal to concede though. Should be level after FDB hit the post and Wing missed a sitter. Cambridge chose to have the strong wind behind them in the first half so it’s our turn this half. Cue 3-0.

Looking really competitive down here.

Even clubs in the bottom half you might expect to kick on as the season goes on like Pompey, Lincoln & Fleetwood. Maybe Charlton if they change manager.

Fuck betting on L1 this season.

Plymouth’s third goal has to be one of the most beautiful goals I’ve ever seen.

I think on the whole a draw is the right result but again we were guilty of missing a couple of sitters. Ultimately another disappointing performance, hard to watch us at the minute.

I can’t argue with that. We were excellent for the first 35 mins and could have scored two or three.

The second half was always going to be tough and on another day you go on to win that.

A frustrating evening for us. Wimbledon pressed us from the start and really got into us. We struggled to cope and gave the ball away numerous times. A very contentious penalty after 4 minutes really set up for a horrid evening.

You could see the frustrations getting to the players as balls went wayward etc. Wimbledon could and should have been more than 1 goal up in the first half to be honest, some good chances missed. Very rare you get three players booked all for time wasting however - that was a sign for how frustrating it was.

2nd half we adapted better and I don't think we played too bad, we huffed and puffed, but as with every game this season, we lack that striker. I think there's only 1 home league game this season where we haven't conceded first. Frustrating indeed!

Impressive win at fleetwood for us. First clean sheet in a while too.
Tom o Connor is class at this level.
22 points so far, took us till about March to get that last season.
Oxford next. Big game.

"Ryan Broom sealed victory in stoppage time, firing home after substitute Danny Mayor and Ryan Hardie's efforts had held up on the soaked pitch"

Does the pitch get an assist then?

This is soul destroying.
What has gone wrong?

Poor recruitment/bad managers and no leadership?

Battered Bolton first half, should have had a couple more.

They grew into it second half without really threatening, couple of half chances and balls in dangerous areas, their best chance falling for Sarcevic who fired wide when it was easier to score.

Third goal was a thing of beauty. To be fair the pitch only got like that in the last 5 minutes, absolutely started lashing it down.

Unbeaten run goes on, flying at the moment.

So why when I was driving around Plymouth did Radio Devon have the Exeter game on! grr.

Wife and boy 1 back. Neither impressed with Bolton, both thought Sarce was the only one with any cutting edge and was the best Bolton player despite only being twenty minutes or so. Mrs said Dapo look useful, but only if the ball came to him, spent the rest of the time hanging around.

Wife convinced we have scored goal of the month. ”Funniest thing I’ve seen for a long time.” Liked the swimming celebration.

Most envious I did not get to go, especially as I was only a mile away and could hear the cheers.

All of the above and an owner who seems utterly reluctant to do anything about it.

Sick to death with being lumbered with these charlatans.

It willl get better. You may have to get worse before it gets better.
You are not cut adrift and have a game in hand.
First thing to do is sack the manager and get someone in who can motivate and stop the rot.

I find your squad very strange. Some decent players in it but doesn’t seem to be any sort of plan with recruitment? Lots of the same sorta player?

4-0 win away at Fratton Park. They were pretty poor, can see why they want the Cowley’s gone. 27 goals in 13 games and a goal in every game. Starting to click maybe? The second half goals are the goals we would never have scored in the past 10 years. Onto Fleetwood
