The Pondy' legend banner is the real McCoy. The Pilley banner is a disgrace and should be removed and burnt. The b......could be out by 2030...a pariah

Thanks. I thought (hoped) that would be the situation but wondered whether there might still be a group of fans who couldn't see past his early investment and meteoric rise and still see him as some sort of hero.

Very important game for us against Salford. Not least if can open up further daylight to the chasing pack for the playoffs. Real shame we’ll be without Headley for the foreseeable as he’s been one of the best January window signings I can remember for us at least. No point bemoaning it though, just got to be next man up.

Working on the basis Mitch Clark won’t be available tomorrow (though huge relief it’s not the ACL first feared it might be when he pulled up v Wrexham)

Amos
Debrah Smith Hall
John Byers Chislett Croasdale Hart
Tolaj Curtis

*Stockley to play instead of Curtis if fit but it’s two games running he’s gone off with a back complaint so don’t want to risk it unless necessary.

Well, we haven’t won for 11 now I believe.
Bottom of the league for the last 20 games or so.
Doesn’t matter how bad Carlisle think they are they won’t lose this.
Would settle for a draw against the big spenders.
It shows just how bad Gillingham are at the minute that hellogregory has only predicted Carlisle to lose 1-0.

Accrington away, not been a good hunting ground for us. With senior out looks like Maxwell is going to have to play with a broken toe, problem is the lads made of glass which is a shame as there’s definitely a player in him. Positively McGrath might be back so there is also the possibility of playing 3 at the back so Gibson could play wingback or Sterry move to the left with Nixon on the right. Hopefully Accy are worse in front of goal than Morecambe

Sounds like if rumours are to be believed we’ll also be without Lorent Tolaj tomorrow as well. That would be a massive blow. Really does leave you wondering what the hell we do in training if this is true as it’s far too frequent to be a coincidence or bad luck.

Well, we have Jay Williams suspended, and Joe White, Jack Sanders, Nathan Thompson, Laurence Maguire and Jonathan Leko all injured.

Given the defensive woes and 3 key defenders missing, alongside our best CDM, we will make history I reckon with a record defeat.

7-0 Bradford.

Give over. You have Dan Crowley and he always does really against us. We'll be knackered after Tuesday and will probably make plenty of changes. Can't see anyone getting a battering. Close game I bet.

Without probably our 4 best players, this is turning into a nightmare. Curtis, who is not a striker and Hackford, who is not very good and young upfront. Be amazed if we get anything from this game.

It's possible, but the people that knew about Garrity are the same as those who talked about Tolaj. Typical that it has to be our best players injured. This season is cursed.

We and others know the feeling. Tis what it is no point getting upset about it however frustrating.

Must win game for us tomorrow. Can’t afford to drop many more points if we want a play off chase.

Hope we change it up a bit tomorrow at Colchester. A few shots would be nice !! I dare say it's going to be another scrappy game on a poor pitch. Lewis at CB will likely be missing as he went off injured at Fleetwood. I'll take another draw but I hope the performance is better than at Fleetwood especially as I'm going !!!

Tolaj and Garrity both got their injuries v Notts. Tolaj went off. Garrity got his giving away that free kick at the end. Stockley's back injury has been recurring for years. Only Headley injured in training last week.

Imo today will be a step too far for us. I expect us to concede and possibly lose. Hope I'm wrong but colchester are on form and every unbeaten run must come to an end.

Ben Speedie clearly needed the loo. About 2 seconds of stoppage time.

Crap so far. Giving Crewe the freedom of the midfield. Missed two great chances to score.

Not been a classic here. Windy as fuck. Feel like half our games have been played in wind tunnels this season!

pen for Crewe for foot up by Canavan - despite clearly being outside the box and it's 2-0 to Crewe

Was about to say I could see Morecambe managing to 0-0 this after the red card, but great free kick.

This Crewe win pretty much means we HAVE to win today if we have any hope of a successful season.

So the Tolaj injury is correct and Stockley out for a few weeks. Just when you get that bit of hope.

Penalty incident aside which killed the game this has been an embarrassing second half showing from us, no fight or desire to get back into the game, just a group of players coasting towards the end of the season. They need to pull their finger out as we still need another 9 points to be sure.

Any team that shows an ounce of fight or are just simply bothered, will beat us.
