It was only after the Wright incident that I was even aware of it. The meltdown on here from Grimsby fans after the Wright incident was more glorious than Mozzavale's on here this past week over league 2 referees. The hatred for Pell has always made me laugh as well - I'm still not sure what it's all about (something about him being rubbish when he played for you, but it must be more than that given how much he's despised).

For me there always seems to be a bit of an edge to the games even though there's no malice between the supporters - I've never had an issue with any Grimsby fans, in fact I'm quite vocal in my fondness of the ones I saw after the playoff final in 2006.

Always liked Cheltenham there has always been little crossovers with Town : Pell , the play-off final ; more recently George Lloyd and Curtis Thompson + the lad we on loan at right back from you last season - I'm not sure whatever happened to him though ?

Will be a tough game for us your home form is superb this season

I'm hearing broken neck, which would just be horrific news. Like you say the no news seems like bad news
I’d heard the same and that he was in for emergency surgery last night.

Completely agree that in this case, no news is very concerning.

That’s twelve without a win now. God, I will be happy when this shit show of a season has finished.

What has happened to you this season? Not meaning that in any kind of pisstake way, just that I thought when the big money Yank came in a while back that you might kick on.

Obviously there’s been somewhat of a revolving door on the manager front - so is that the key or has it been something else?

Woah woah WOAH...James McKeown could have been killed by that horrific stamp and I think he still to this day has a whole through his torso that you can actually see through.

I quite like the Cheltenham stuff personally, it gives a bit of edge to an otherwise mundane fixture. The fact that Cheltenham have won the two big ones in the 05/06 final and the stampiones game (which I think was 1st v 2nd at the time?) make it feel a bit like it's a curse that needs to be shaken off. Fortunately, none of that will be hanging around the players' or Artell's heads as they'll have no idea about it probably.
