There is a terrific amount of respect by FGR towards Tranmere after their fans were so generous to the vegans after losing to them in the 2017 Promotion Play-off.
I'm sure it was the same a few years later when the roles were reversed.
And it helps of course that PP is one of the best grounds in League 2. Love going there.

Beer is my downfall but believe it or not I was sober writing up my rebuttals.
For a few years I've successfully hidden myself until now. I don't like aggro which that Chelt fan seems happy to initiate.
Yes I was a FGR supporter but old age and failing health prevents me from attending matches so I contend myself with the stats.
This League 2 Forum is the best Forum on site so thus I am happy here.

I remember seeing FGR fans buying German sausages outside Wembley and telling them we were going to send pictures to Dale Vince. We had a few beers with them. Saw them after the game and shook hands.

My 1st memory of Tranmere is being told that they asked: "Where the fuck is Forest Green Rovers?"
Nowadays Tranmere could drive to TNL without use of a SatNav.
