Getting beaten by FGR will really set off a PTSD episode about the bad old days. Not looking forward to it.

Even so, surely not as bad as that time bottom of the league Telford pumped you 4-0 at the Racecourse? I went that game cos my housemate at the time wanted to tick your ground off and couldn't believe how bad you were that day!

Anyone with their conference scars know all to well about one of those results. Definitely character building that place is!

It’s Hayes and Yeading away for a lot of stags fans, battered 4-0.

Alfreton beating us at the Mill Boxing Day too :eye:

Could be the first time we have made it into the top 7 in 5 seasons down here if we can win tonight.

Wins for FGR, Sutton, and Colchester (alongside Salford getting a couple of players ruled out for the weekend) would be good, along with draws in the Harrogate-Newport and Walsall-Stanley games. I think I speak for a lot of people when I say I don't give a toss either way about the Swindon-Tranmere game in the slightest.

All these Crewe/MK fans who get to go up to League 1 on the regs saying they desperately need an FGR win can all get to fuck. We need a Wrexham win way more. Come back when you've done a few stints in the NL thank you very much.

Sutton for us. Need the win if for nothing else to put a nail in Suttons coffin as for the first time in five seasons I'm looking down the table rather than up hoping we'll get enough points to avoid a relegation scrap.
Not at all confident of a win.
There's no way surely.

Wrexham are tough to call tonight. Cannot score at the moment. Marriot looks like Billy Waters, Palmer is clearly unfit and Mullin has been just awful.

Fletcher the only one who can be relied on.

I think waters could be doing a job for you right now ironically.

That was a particularly bad moment!

How do Swindon play under Mad Gav?

Rovers have lost 3 of the last 4 games, making that Stockport win look something of an anomaly. If an opponent can play deep to nullify Saunders pace and keep a tight rein on Apter then we run out of attacking options. Luke Norris may become one as he regains match fitness but not atm. Not had a good history at the County Ground with dubious decisions going against us and floodlight failure, though recent fixtures mainly drawn. Think I’d be content with a point on Tuesday.
No idea. He chops and changes with no discernible reason. Tonight being a good example. We’ve gone for a piss weak, but technical midfield. Not sure if he knows what he’s doing.

Another game another change to the back line. Hayden's name picked from the tombola today.

Time for Wrexham to turn up, not been playing well for a while now and the style of play is pretty atrocious too, considering the money in that squad.

Personally I think we've played OK the last few games, apart from in front of goal. With some of our early season sharpness in attack we could have easily got nine points at Gills, MK Dons and against Bradford, instead of the single point.

The main problem is that 8 of our last 11 games have been away.

You should be in with a good chance tonight, having seen the Rovers line-up. Injuries, restings or droppings, haven't a clue, but a very strange selection.

i don't think it will happen - but it would be lovely to see a FGR win tonight - just for the shits and giggles in the next season of "Streaming services wank over a little town near Chester"

I thought Osadebe was meant to be rubbish? Do people just hate playing for Bradford?
