What's that Cox, nobody likes you? I wonder why. Absolutely pathetic antics.

BarrowBoring Boring Barrow chants ringing out here.
Barrow ahead of us on goals scored! Couldnt be closer

I'd rather a proper team like Aldershot made the play-offs
Typed that as Chester scored. We're now back ahead by 1 goal![/Q
I'd rather you mad the play-offs Shotsfan. Barrow are a horrible, horrible anti football team. We were robbed tonight by an offside goal and a horrendous goallkeeping error. Barrow for their massive budget are a disgrace.

Some of us are

Are you?

The only people I've heard doing that are the sort of mutants that make Facebook so annoying.

If our boss had outspent every other team in the division and still blew the title, I'd be calling for his head too.

Our budget probably isn't even top 5, let alone top. We've cut back a lot. I'd say yours is definitely bigger, which is why the anti football your playing is so embarrassing. You outbid Dortmund for a player remember?

Come off it mate, everyone thought you'd started being an alright poster until your team had a shitter at the weekend.

Any 2 from us, Barrow, Shots, Gateshead and Dover then. Table shows us in the best position but we're clinging on really. Barrow's fixtures make them big favourites.

God, I hope not. I hate playing bloody Barrow. Every time we do, I die a bit inside.

So just like pretty much every team to come to our place this season then?
I'll be the first to admit that we've played scrappy football most the season, but we're certainly not a team that resorts to "antics" - if there was any tonight, that's a rarity for us. I could name 21 other teams in this division who like to surround a ref more than this Barrow side.
I'd like to see us try and surround the ref, guarantee we'd get at least one red going by how much we've been REFFED OUT this season

Just a little nuance, but Tranmere have I believe missed seven penalties this season now (must be a league record?). We've won every game that we have missed one in.

went to Sutton v Lincoln tonight.

pretty drab first half, both teams cancelling each other out.. Raggett and Waterfall were immense at the back all game for Lincoln, both full backs solid too. Waterfall another one of those great players to have slipped through the net for us during the Kevin Wilkin season, absolute scandal the calibre of players we had that season compared to now but anyways..

Second half Lincoln had a few chances - Raggett hit the bar after a deflected header, Rhead had a sweetly struck volley well saved by Puddy; before they eventually scored from a corner. Lincoln dealt with Sutton well the whole game I thought, but didn't really dominate at all during the match. An absolutely beautiful strike from Deacon right at the end, I initially thought from the far end it looked quite close to Farman but it struck so well and fast.

Despite Sutton not creating much, felt a draw was a fair result given how both teams were cancelling each other out for the most part.

I do hope Lincoln go up though, they've been here long enough, and us Wrexham fans know personally how hard it is after you go so close and lead the league for so long.

As for Sutton; I absolutely adore GGL, was a great atmosphere tonight and a good crowd (well higher than when was there just before Xmas to see Wrexham), they seem to still be riding the FA Cup wave. Look forward to visiting again next season.

That was a bit of a sickener. Sutton never really got near us bar a wonderstrike.

Think tonight's result leaves us with a zero margin for error from our home matches - we must win all five remaining, pure and simple, starting Saturday.

Don't worry, you'll be up as champs and on the beach by then
Would be nice, but the advantage is still firmly with Lincoln. All we can do is keep grinding out the results, though Wrexham will be very very tough - forget form, it's a derby and they'll be well up for it.

Well your guaranteed 3 points against us, it's only fair we roll over for you the same way we did for Lincoln.

You obviously missed Saturday when your players decide to stop defending, claim offside (when it wasnt) and surround the ref for about 5 minutes.

We were brilliant at reffing matches a few years ago. Keates, Harris and Ashton surrounding a ref bellowing in his ear, Andy Morrell throwing himself to the ground if any defender got within 2 metres of him.

Cornerstone of our 98 point season.

It seems to be the way to succeed at this level, or one way at least! It something we're not smart enough at, yet we've been on the receiving end more than once.

Sounds like our game last night was absolutely terrible. However, an 88th minute winner is something I will never, ever turn down, especially in our situation.

4 points more than I expected from the last two, lets hope we make it 7 on Saturday.

We were crap. Offered nothing all game, Torquay were poor but were still well worth their win. I said we were safe after winning at Ferriby two weeks ago, but I didn't expect to lose our next 2 home games in such an awful manner. I'm concerned, especially with York now picking up form.

I don't think any of them knew Joe Pigott (a forward) was for some reason playing everyone on. The "goal" was absolutely across the line though.

Are you sure? It's impossible to tell on any of the replays.
