Thumped 4-1 at home to the second worst opposition we’ve played all season.

Tells you everything about where we’re headed.
Good job we weren't on song then.

Just watched the goals from last night and the hat trick of Scott Twine was absolute quality, if this had been a Premiership footballer scoring it would have been all over the media. Btw where has this guy come from ?

Good solid win for us, looked comfortable through out. Lincoln looked a tidy side on the ball but just had nothing upfront, they never really looked like scoring.

Cole scores again and was superb in the 2nd half, they couldn't get near him. No idea where this massive improvement in his game has come from, long may it continue.
That very much sounds like us. We have nothing up top, even if Hopper is fit and in the side. Relying on either Scully or any other midfielders to chip in.

We were linked with him a few times in the summer and I (and probably most other Bolton fans) said no thanks. Think I may have been wrong on that one. He’s been fantastic.

I along with you said no thanks....Think we could have had Mullins but for some reason Evatt thought they were not what he was looking for.
Think Bakayoko will do well once he is back

I like the look of Bakayoko. I’m pretty sure this will be Doyle’s last season as a starter. Will be a good back up/off the bench etc for another season or so beyond this even at 34+ but I think we will go all out for a goal scorer next summer. When Baka and Amaechi are back fit I think Baka may get in ahead of Doyle. Amaechi, Dapo, Kachunga and Isgrove is great depth out wide plus Delf if we have to use him. No way he should be playing Baka out wide like he did in opening games.
