I don't think him and Parky would ever properly fall out but it's become very difficult to see him playing every week here again.

As for the goal I would say it's more likely offside than not but there's no conclusive proof of it. My first instinct when watching it was that it would be ruled out because it just looked weird with Fletcher being behind the keeper.

Didn't watch Lincoln v Crawley so no comment on the game but I did watch the post match interview with Elliot.

He has finally admitted what every fan who has watched us this season has said from the start. We have no physicality,we can't stop crosses and when a cross comes in we can't defend it. Basically our defending is crap.

We only had 3 fit players on the bench. Then our captain and centre half gets an injury that's going to keep him out. I'm taking me boots on Saturday.

Another point from the game last night, fair play to the Bristol Rovers captain for kicking the ball out of play during a minutes applause for a Shrewsbury club stalwart for the players to join in briefly, and the ref for allowing it. It prevented the potentially awkward situation from when we played Bolton and they scored during the a minutes applause for another club volunteer who had passed away.

Whether they should happen during the game is another issue and who for. These two were known faces in and around the club.

Highlight of the night was the chant “Cambridge is a shithole, I want to go home” sang by the Stevenage fans.
Birmingham also sang the same chant. It's like, you ever walked around your own city lads :)

Bolton fans have endured so much in the last 10 years, all mostly bad, but we still average more than 20,000 home fans, Think about that if your club was 14 miles away from Man United and 22 miles away from Liverpool you would be lucky to exist. We still get bigger attendances than every other north west team in the EFL. Bolton fans deserve medals putting up with Evatt and Ken c*** Anderson , ti pisses me off that there is now a perception that Birmingham are the biggest club in this league, they are not, they just have the richest owners. They might take 50,000 to Wembley , Gillingham did, day trippers ., They had a chance to show their massiveness last night by selling out the away end, they couldn't even come close.

Stockport County.
Birmingham a bigger club for me with much more potential. Respect to Bolton for their attendances, nobody understands the locality to the clubs you mention like we do. But that's not Birmingham's fault.

This division goes
1. Birmingham
2. Bolton
3. Huddersfield
4. Charlton
5. Barnsley

Potentially they should be massive , Birmingham is the second biggest city in the UK, but they are not, when the odd time we played them in the Premiership it was guaranteed the lowest crowd of the season , even less than Fulham, but I suppose money changes things, still Small Heath to me

I'd put Bolton over Birmingham TBF.

But also Greater Manchester and the West Midlands have bugger all in it county population wise, and the share of support is a bit more even in the West Mids.

Been a while since the biggest club in the league debate has popped up, good to see it rear its head again.

Love a good Natural Order debate. Wigan are historical tinpotters but won the FA Cup this century. Things like that mess it up a tad.

Birmingham biggest club by a street and have won the League Cup fairly recently too.

Bolton are a proud historic club who won things when you could push the keeper into the net with the ball and run off celebrating.

Stockport County.
Bolton is a town of proud people with real identity and get behind their football club but ultimately just a small, provincial Northern Town. That town identity is a credit to them and what most of places like Stockport, Oldham don't have enough of (although Bolton are helped by being slightly further away from Manchester).

Birmingham are a big City club in a city where there is plenty of room for two big clubs. Forget West Brom and Wolves, they are the Black Country and not Brummies. Breathe a bit of life into them as their current owners are trying to do and they could go quite far.

Yeah, think saying Birmingham are streets ahead of the rest is a bit OTT to be honest.

I think the fact it's the club with the name of such a big city gives an impression they're bigger than they are.

Beyond that it depends on what metrics you give higher weight to, time at each level, honours won when you'd be lucky to get a scoreline ont wireless, attendances, or as seems to be the case for some, potential.

Bald men and combs, nonetheless.
