I don't really do winding down music!! Almost every other day i'm up in London straight after work for a gig right now, then up at 4:30 again for the next days work! Just accepted it as my life now

Although I count the likes of Insomnium, Devin Townsend Project and Opeth as relaxing

The drummer from the Inspiral Carpets has died, bit of a shock. My favourite Inspirals song - sorry for the shitty quality, but I had this on video, taped from the TV! I remember watching this at the time, had never heard them before.
