I've said it before and I'll no doubt say it again but Wrexham won't be steamrollering this division with Parkinson in charge and I wouldn't be surprised at all if the playoff winner isn't the team that finishes 2nd or 3rd. The one legged higher finishing team format sounds like it favours the 2nd to 5th in theory, but I reckon Notts and Wrexham would have stood a better chance vs us last season over two legs.

Long as it’s not that riff raff across the m1 ill be ok.

Though i did say they can come up if they don’t do it faster than us they’re in their 5th season and we won it in the 5th season which they’ve no chance of doing

Turns out that we’ve got a sickness bug going through the camp which is why everyone was dropping like flies in the second half. Even more pleased with the result now.
If you could have them all 50% fit on Saturday we may have a chance.

It's the hope that gets you.

Looked a very soft red card for Hartlepool, which effectively killed the game for them. Despite winning 2-0 still thought we looked poor apart from the Southampton loanee (Finnagan) who looks a cut above this level. Big win though 9 points clear of the bottom 2 now with 2 games in hand.

There’s another angle of it floating around online and it turns out it was a nasty challenge, first camera angle really was deceiving cos it looked like nothing but he took him at the knee, deserved red, no complaints, stupid from Sterry.

Yes seen that, stupid challenge and certainly deserved the red. Crazy how massively different a challenge can look from different angles.

Watched the County v Crawley highlights.

Lovely free kick for our first but Stockport fans will question their keeper from that far out.

Mansfield fans said Gordon is a liability defensively. Nod the ball into touch man. Then they don't score with you sitting on your backside like a plum..

Second goal has to be down to our keeper. First he kicks the ball towards Telford (smallest player on the pitch) on the halfway line while he has defenders in the box to receive the ball. Then, after Telford is dispossessed he fails to command his area. The bloke is 6'5 and he gets out jumped on the penalty spot!

We just seem to want to lose every game.

Your lad put it right in the top corner, any 'keeper is going to struggle with such a pinpoint shot and that's without seeing it at the last moment due to the other one jumping around in his eye line (and got back onside at the last split second, clearly very well worked training ground move)

Wootton's a big feller as well, it's not the height it's the anticipation, by the time your 'keeper jumps Wootton is already getting air time and primed to get the perfect header.
