n 33 Premier League matches for Manchester United, Fellaini has made 6 goals, 0 assists, and 36 shots. That isn't good - that is a
sub-Bendtner level of production.

Even for you and your ultra negativity surrounding anything to do with United that's piss poor.

As has alreasy been pointed out he coms on a lot for the last twenty mins of games. On top of that he isn't a striker. He isnt there just to score goals. For someone who can play in midfield or just off the striker his goals per minute (I'd imagine, dont have the stat) are reasonable enough not 30 million but we all know Moyes fucked up there. But decent enough.

As for assists he isn't the man who is gonna play the defence splitting pass but he is the man who will win you the ball in the first place.

He isn't a first team standard player in this system but I do like him and want him to continue as a squad player for us.

Schneiderlin + Schweinsteiger, van Gaal doesn't learn does he?

(Both will now score today, and I want all the credit United fans.)

Wilson not even on the bench when United have no fit strikers? What's the point of him even being there?

Darmian can't get a game since Alexis had him on toast.

Must be injured or summat. Or maybe he has done something to piss Van Gaal off.

*Wilson that is, Darmian just isn't good enough.

Darmian was meant to be immense. Has he had a consistent run of games yet?

Darmian is definitely good enough, he's had a dip in form after an excellent start.

Young is doing a good job but I'd rather see Darmian get back into the starting eleven and, like Whitechapel mentions, get a good run of games.

I'm probably being harsh but there is just a lot of United fans who hate Valencia and so Darmian was somewhat hyped in relation to the disparaging of Valenica.

In reality the converted winger is superior in almost every way.

You don't see it enough these days, players need a good few games on the trot to get themselves confident on the ball. The worst offenders are Chelsea, spend big on players, play them once a month and then bin them off labelling them a failure.

This being an "easier" fixture (No disrespect to Watford) You'd think he'd try and bring him back into the squad.

Weird that De Gea is kicking long so much when there are passes on.

I'm not sure why Van Gaal deemed it necessary to move to a 3412 when Herrera went off rather than just bringing on Pereira and sticking with the 4231.

Played reasonably well so far. Bit more tempo in the game seeing as Watford seem willing to cross thw half way line too unlike West Brom.

Change to 3-5-2 has hurt us though. Very uncecessary too. Jones could have easily played Rb (or Darmian obviously) with Young playing out wide and Mata or Lingard moving in the middle. Or as above, bring on a like for like.

Just odd and unecessary but I've come to expect that from Van Gaal.

Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
I don't think it matters. Watford are looking abysmal. So many unforced errors and poor decisions.

Why didn't Rojo start? Looked the best Man Utd defender the few games leading up to the break.

Travel distance I'd imagine.

Smalling is by far and away our best defender but Rojo has done well at full back.

Good block from Smalling but then De Gea has to spare his blushes as the headed clearance goes straight to a Watford man who has a shot which Smalling wants to head in at his near post!

You've just seen part of the reason, he is very rash.
