I thought we were consistently low scorers season upon season but it seems Gillingham are the same and like us under multiple managers, one of which ironically became ours.

Going to a tough game vs Bromley this coming weekend, we seem to be constantly playing teams that have recently played themselves into good form, Colchester, Cheltenham and now Bromley in the last few weeks.
Would that be the Colchester and Bromley that we have taken 4 points from in the last two games?

Thought Bromley might do alright here, the way they play is suited to the chessboard style of many L2 games. Have they strengthened much? Looking at their line up tonight I recognise most of the players from last season.

Virtually same side barring a very, very good right wing back they’ve got on loan from Palace. Imray or something?

They’ll finish middle of the pack I reckon, probably around about where they are now. They’ve been in great form recently and think they’re on a run of 12 league games unbeaten now, but seem to have had some quite favourable fixtures recently.

Imray looked great against us. His final ball was terrible though. If he can improve his end product he looks a real prospect.

Added Omar Sowunmi (from Sutton but ex Bromley), Marcus Dinanga (Gateshead - sadly injured), Danny Imray (loan from Crystal Palace) plus three other loans in midfield, so yes we’re pretty much as last season plus some good signings and loans. We’ll need to strengthen in January but Woody has historically been excellent in the loan market

I watched Gillingham vs Bromley last night and it was like a throw-back our non-league days, but in our instance it was usually being set pieced to death by Alan Devonshire's Braintree rather than Bromley.

Proper rabbit in a headlights stuff from Gillingham, the game did have that air of a newly relegated side dropping into non-league and not being entirely sure what they were coming up against and how to stop it.

We have been shit for ages now.
Gone backwards under Bonner and he has to go.
Looking over our shoulders now.
Fucking depressing
