Another big game and looking for a fourth away win on the spin and 5th overall in a row.

A first ever meeting and a chance to reclaim our 92 full house with a win.

Ex Valiants Donovan Wilson and Richie Bennett should pose an interesting test.

After beating the other four in the top five and yesterdays crazy ending we should be absolutely buzzing for this, with Rodney back from suspension and Walker back we should be having even more options.

Tough game but going for a sneaky 2-1 win. Procs and Wilson either side of a Bennett screamer.

First and second in the form table so something will have to give there. I’m not surprised Sutton are doing pretty well so far. As with Hartlepool they have a good manager and that is a huge part of the battle in this league. Expect any remaining away tickets if in fact there are any will be gone quickly.

Really tough call for DC with the bench this weekend now Walker and Rodney are back. The first eleven will likely be the same. Good headache to have to be fair.

Elsewhere that FGR v Swindon game looks a cracking fixture.

Going into the game with an identical form record as Orient. They're obviously a decent side this year so a point would be too disappointing but I'd back us to beat anyone in this league at home.

As posted in another thread we've had our keeper Wollacott, (Ghana) Jonny Williams (Wales), Alex Gilbert (Ireland under 21s), and Anthony Grant (Jamaica) have been called up to their respective countries. Wollacott has been faultless so far, Gilbert has been starting and looks decent. Grant hasnt featured for ages and Williams only seems to play bit part either as a sub or starting and being taken off.

FGR are missing Ebou Adams as well. Should be a cracking game and a good test of our squad.

You can add Kesler to that. Called up by England U21.

Farcical. 5 players out.

We are better at home but the goals are a real problem - far too predictable and not enough composure in the box.

I might be tempted to go 433 in this as I can't see an obvious front 2 who compliment each other.

Fela, Molyneux and Cullen I'd consider as a 3. Cullen is a no.9, Fela and Molyneux much more effective out wide and cutting in. Worth trying or if it's working at home then don't break it?

Somethings gotta give as the attack is pretty dire at the minute

Ebou was suspended recently so we've had a few games to practice a set up without him which will help.

Sounds like Challinor intends to use Tuesday's bollox cup match as an audition for the strikers who haven't played so much. He's pretty much said that Cullen, Goodwin, Cook, and Olomola will all play at least some of the match. If any of them does well they'll start against Northampton. He sounds deeply frustrated at the moment, and has questioned the character of his squad, noting how rarely we turn around games in which we start badly (We're 30-6-0 in the last 36 games in which we've scored first, but the heads drop too easily if we ship the first goal).

I think he'll stick with the formation that has served us so well, though personally I see merit in your suggestion rather than continue to try to fit Molyneux or Olomola into roles that don't best suit them. We've also missed Holohan more than I would've thought possible. Hopefully he'll be available.

Hartlepool United vs Northampton Town is one of the most home-biased fixtures on the calendar. Of all of the teams that we have met at least 30 times, our matches against the Cobblers have the highest % of home wins (68.6%) and the lowest % of away wins (8.9%). 46 of the 67 encounters have been won by the home team compared to just six by the visitors.

The last away win by either team was courtesy of a Giles Coke winner at the Vic in 2008. Since then Northampton have visited five times, losing four and scoring none.

I've got a bad feeling about this...

Assume Garrity will be out? Seemed to really be in pain. Taylor did well once he came on so could come in, assume more likely though to be Walker if he gets through Tuesday.

Hard to say really. Not least as we all know by now how DC plays it with injuries. The good news is we can feel perfectly comfortable if it’s Jake who looks the sharpest he has been since his loan spell or Walker who has done a really good job himself. Personally I would imagine it will be Walker add some extra height in there but no wrong answer really.

Apparently not. We’re live on Sky v FGR and we agreed to play the game. Obviously at the time we never thought 5 of our players would be called up for international duty so we’re stuck with it.

All for 10 poxy grand.

I'd like to think this is nothing but a comfortable win for us, but given our choke against Walsall and our love for draws at present, it wouldn't surprise me if we ended up leaving London with just a point again. We really need to start turning these frustrating 1 point draws into wins if we want to be challenging for the top 3.

Personally I'd keep the same setup playing at home and potentially look to change it when playing away, we've looked decent at home and have yet to be really troubled.

The team picks itself when everyone is fit, the only question remaining is the front two pairing, I suppose this thinking may change with whatever happens Tuesday but I think Cullen needs to start from the off in this one, Cook aside he's the only one yet to start in the league and I'd probably be tempted to give Fondop another chance, sick of seeing Molyneux upfront and DC clearly wasn't happy with Olomola's work rate recently so will probably be benched again?

Would like to see us mix things up a little bit. Give Owura Edwards and fit again Archie Collins a start. Would also be keen to see Amond get back into the team.

Hopefully we can get a win but always fancies Stevenage to do well this season, so this will be tough. Nailed on that either Jamie Reid or Jake Taylor will score against us.

2-1 win. Nombe and Amond for us.

Newport away!

Seem to have a poor record against them, and Flynn has just walked.

Injured players are starting to become available again, which is pleasing. Adam’s opted for Songo’o at centre-half at the weekend, and he did alright.

GK: Richard O’Donnell

RB: Oscar Threlkeld
CB: Yann Songo’o
CB: Paudie O’Connor
LB: Liam Ridehalgh

CM: Elliott Watt
CM: Levi Sutton

RW: Alex Gilliead
CAM: Callum Cooke
LW: Charles Vernam

CF: Andy Cook

1-1 (500 City)

Away at Rochdale. I cant be bothered to check but this might be a first...nah. Can't be.

So many injuries. So many half fit players. Toss up for a starting eleven and formation but one bright bit of news is Nadersan is back from suspension...in time to get injured the way our luck is running.

Available on iFollow but I'm stuck at work. Shift work is horrible but that rent won't pay itself.

That’ll teach you for being flash and having so many internationals, who do you think you are, Real Madrid.

Proper League 2 squads should be mainly full of cloggers with zero chance of an international call up.

After that embarrassing ending at vale I'm really regretting arranging to go to barrow, on the plus side they'll probably be less racist than the vale fans so that's something.

Hard to care after that capitulation

You’ve forgotten this classic. Should have been allowed an orange ball, why don’t they use them anymore.
