Well done BM89.
If we stop up, you'll have a brand new stadium to visit if you come to our place, well a 3/4 new stadium anyway. We are giving a whole end to away fans next season which is over 4,000. It will be interesting to see what you guys think as most Championship fans have visited while it's being built but you lot wouldn't have seen it.
Lovely feeling isn't it? :2thumb:

Well I can safely say we won't be needing 4k. Yep it's a great feeling mate. I'll be at yours unless I'm away it's very rare I miss unless I'm abroad. I'm looking forward to the season as a whole, hopefully we aren't struggling.

700 weren't it last time we played on a Saturday? Wednesday had more than double that down here on a Tuesday night this season

Jesus Christ getting stick about away support of a bristol city fan ffs. We also took 1200 to rovers on a Tuesday night this year. Wednesday have better away support than us and if bristol rovers were on a level playing field with you they would match you too. What happened to your claim you will have bigger crowds than us this season too. Never have never will.

Haha, seems you've taken it to heart.

Yeah of course they would, that's why last time they were on a level playing field with us they still averaged less. Anyway, I said we might average more than you, if you'd have had another shit season we would have. Your first three seasons in L1 you averaged 18k, 18k and 17k. We've been wank this season and still have scraped 19k, so it easily could've happened.

What we averaged the last 3 seasons? 2 of which we've been average and absolutely wank.

About right, the bottom ring holds 23k so there would've been 2,700 empty seats about.

You tell me.

You know the 1st 3 so presumed you knew the last 3.

Remember it was about 19k when you finished top six last time we were in L1, don't remember last but numbers must be up this year.

Not gonna be easy for them in this league, League One performance means little given the play off winners have done better than the Champions in the last two seasons.

A manager with no experience at this level as well but seems to have a bit about him?

Welcome back Sheff Utd. As nice as it would be to take our usual three points from Bramall Lane next season, unfortunately we're a bit rubbish so we'll be taking your place in L1 instead. Keep our seat warm.

All these people in here congratulating you and not one of the bastards has thought about how the extra match day traffic around the Bramall lane area is going to affect on poor old bmb on his Saturdays!!!

I like the blades in the same way I like Wednesday. Proper club, good fans, good old fashioned ground.

Welcome back. Well deserved.
Enjoyed our visits to the lane in the cup, so hoping we stay up to come again -hopefully with the same result.

A single unitary authority for urban Dorset
I heard that Sheffield United had won promotion after six years in League One. Where the hell did that time go? For a club of their size that's a long old stint. I know they've had their share of some controversy and in that time. But they've managed it now, and it'll be interesting to see how far momentum can take them. Good to see another club managed by a boyhood fan.

From the club that had dole corner :10:
Yes, in theory one of our clubs better iniatives, shame hardly anyone ever took up the offer. Would have been a better idea to do the same offer but without them having to sit in a certain area which everyone else knew as "dolies corner". Surely we have more than 50-100 fans who are claiming benefits and would be willing to gain entrance at a much cheaper price. If I was in that position I would take up the offer if sat among everyone else, but wouldn't fancy sitting in a corner, that everyone knows is for people on benefits. Club for once showed iniative but did it in a tactless fashion.
