Where is the option to relegate Tranmere to the National League because Palios is such a tit?

I’ve very fond memories of playing barrow

I have very vivid memories of us playing Barrow. One match in particular goes down as the worst game I've every witnessed! It was more a game of tennis as both teams tried to smash the ball down the other end of the "court" as quickly and as often as possible. Barrow won 0-1 but to be honest by that point I didn't care.

Hope to see you again soon.

Casey

If the NL play offs happen will it be a proper two legged semi and final or the tinpot shit they introduced last year or whenever again?

Talks about working with the EFL to find 'the best solution for the football pyramid' whilst at the same time threatening legal action which could delay next season and cause a shit load more problems for other clubs. The best solution for the football pyramid is for him to accept the decision and move on.

I’m pretty sure the last two visits Barrow have made to the mill we’ve put about 13 goals in the net.

15

mansfield 7-0 barrow 11/12
Mansfield 8-1 barrow 12/13

And that’s before the 3-2 and 4-0 wins at barrow!

So 4 teams in it then. What was wrong with the old proper system?

I hope Notts come up so that we can all tell Viking Magpie they didn't really get promoted properly.

I hope they don’t come back up as s/he will magically appear again to speak nonsense while claiming they did it in one season so better than everyone else.

Give me Harrogate any day

Had to look it up, haven’t played Barrow since the 60’s and when we last lost to them Hitler was carving up Austria and the Sudetenland... Probably lose at least one of the meetings next season then!

Never met Harrogate so that would be an interesting one, or Solihull Moors if they can make it? Sure they were once another name who we signed Ian Taylor from? Moor Green maybe?

Notts County have had a habit of shit housing against us the past few years but is a decent away day.

Going to have to get a move on if they are going to do play offs though! By the time the NL get it sorted the Coronavirus will have passed and the next Pandemic if this scale in 100 years will have come back round.

Solihull can't make it - it's Harrogate, Notts, Halifax, Boreham Wood, Yeovil or Barnet.
And yes as we have 3 ex Vale players at least 1 of them will probably score a goal to beat you next season ;)
Scott Quigley, Dior Angus and Lewis Hardcastle scored about 35 between them this season in all competitions

Interesting to see how they do, 3 players from the worst side in the clubs history in terms of league finish but Dior probably deserved more of a chance than he got. Quigley was very disappointing for us mind but hard to judge any striker on the negative style we played under Aspin!

Harrogate yes, lovely place, would be a cracker of a day and never been
Halifax, just no
Notts county need more time down there
Yeovil - nice folk, hard done to by their chairman
Barnet, meh.
Boreham wood, though I’ve heard about them I’ve absolutely no idea where it is - presumably somewhere down south for that reason.

yep Boreham Wood is down south somewhere (Hertfordshire) - the only help i can give you is that "Eastenders" is filmed at Elstree Studios in the town... I'm not sure if anyone from Boreham Wood has ever been to watch the team either judging by their home gates...

God they got a hard on about playing us didn’t they lol.

Remember being in one of the pubs and several fans arriving in ski masks and stuff. They kicked off royally after we’d obviously won.

chipmunx how has Jack Barthram done? Is he still with Barrow?

He was treated shockingly by Gary Johnson here after we were promoted and I'd love to see him get another big chance in the EFL.

Harrogate - Never been, sounds like they have been the best of the rest down there.
Halifax - No issues with them, their fans were very gracious when we won promotion at home against them
Notts County - Agree with Adam
Yeovil - Despise the buggers, hope they never come back up
Barnet - always had a soft spot for them, so wouldn't mind them coming back
Boreham Wood - bollocks to them, again I hope they never get up

We released him at the end of the 2018/19 season after 2 season's with us. I think he's at Haringey Borough - or at least he joined them in January this year after being at FC United.
He was a decent enough player;- consistent and always put in 100% - just not really athletic enough for the way we play.

Do you and Yeovil have history from the old non league days?

No - It's very much a personal thing and is completely irrational.

I think every fan hates 1 club that they wouldn’t be able to rationally explain why. Mines Newport.
