Omari Sterling-James is quality but is 23.
Paul Digby looks like he'll become a very good midfielder but he's 22...

so we have no "young" players around the first team.

Although, our youth team are the first team to ever win their division two years in a row and our set up is aiming for category 2 status.

We have a few aged 20 or under in Adam Page, Matt Bower, Josh Thomas and Rhys Lovett, but none are likely to feature too much especially once we bring in two or three new signings. Our best young prospects are Mo Eisa and Jerell Sellars, both of whom are 21 and have probably been our best two players so far this season.

Our first team is packed with 17-20 year olds just breaking through.

...

Hard to pick out those who may play higher. Taylor brothers are nailed on, all the others are very promising.

Really good summary of the crop of players coming through.

Jack Taylor is the stand out player. If he adds goals (Saturday was a good start) then I'd be very surprised if he doesn't at least make the Premier League.

To have all those players either playing, or in and around the squad, in addition to Johnson and Vilhete as established first team players, with money also in the bank for Gambin and Oddofin shows that the system is producing.

Jack Sparkes.

16 year old winger/forward who made his debut on Saturday and came bloody close to scoring with a 25 yarder that hit the post.

He had a trial at Chelsea (alongside Ethan Ampadu) a year or so ago but luckily we've managed to get him on a contract.

Expect big things from the lad.

Well unfortunately we just sold Ethan Ampadu to Chelsea and Watkins obviously went to Brentford.

Not too many other obvious stars at the moment, Jack sparkes made his first team debut against Swindon and hit the post from 30 yards, maybe he will turn out good but it's too early to say at present.

We always have a load of good youngsters coming through the academy so I'd expect one or two to make the grade.

From what I've seen Harry Darling, a young centre back, is our best prospect. Though our fullback, Leon Davies, is quite highly regarded and is being linked with Premier league and Championship clubs. Dimitar Mitov is a 20 year old keeper we got from Charlton, he was well regarded there and has captained various Bulgarian youth teams.

Tom Knowles and Matty Foy are two young forwards who could end up in the first team if everything goes well, though they're probably more likely to end up in the non league.
