Alright lads, I've haddock-nough of this, there's a time and plaice for this sort of codswallop, but if salmon else isn't going to step in and put a stop to it then I will.

Courtney Pitt. Not a rare type of fish, but a player who everyone else thought was shit but turned out to be pretty good for us (maybe not great but good + cult hero is on a similar footing).

Michael Raynes is no where near as bad as Mansfield fans made him out to be. I was expecting us to be in a relegation battle the way stags fans built him up when we signed him at the start of last season.

Although we don't have a great defensive record, he's probably our most consistently good defender. He wins absolutely everything in the air which is quite often 90% of what a league 2 centre back is required to do.

The "imperceptible" Jordan Bowery has been a revelation with his hold up play and 4 assists for us since signing last month. This despite Orient, Villa and Rotherham fans I know all saying he was absolutely dreadful. Deserves a goal for the high work rate he puts in.

Bowery was quality last season for Oxford though he really impressed me and I'd have been delighted if he'd come here, very much a Derek Adams type player in style aswell

He was attempting Premier League football with us to be fair. Then again, so were the rest of the squad.

Joe Jacobson, Shrewsbury fans weren't bothered he joined us but he's been one of the best left backs in League 2 in the last 3/4 seasons.
