Why Liverpool will win the league this season

There can be no argument, Liverpool FC will be Champions of England come May 2019. There is a very clear reason behind this, which can be summed up with the quote "In order to win trophies you need an African powerhouse, not a 5 ft flamboyent Spaniard".

As you all know, I have conducted many years of research into why African players are best suited to playing football. Liverpool’s playing squad is packed with talent, for example;

Van Dijk: Surinam
Gomez: Gambia
Matip: Cameroon
Keita: Guinea
Wijnaldum: Surinam
Mane: Senegal
Salah: Egypt
Solanke: Nigeria
Alexander Arnold
Oxlade Chamberlain
Firmino
Fabinho

That is the entire spine of the team. Unsurprisingly, these players have been the difference. They have all grown up with an inherent toughness about them and have devoted their lives to playing football, and being pretty damn good at it too. Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane form the majority of the deadliest attacking trio in the country, Van Dijk is the best centre back in the league, Keita & Wijnaldum have been an immovable object in the central midfield role. Collectively they have formed a team that looks almost unbeatable.

Previously the African Nations Cup was deliberately held during the season by UEFA in order to limit the effectiveness of African players. Now it has been moved to the season, this is Liverpool’s year. Next season probably will be too.

How can anyone else compete with this? They may as well engrave Liverpool’s name on the trophy right now. I would go even further and say with one or two additions in January, they could go unbeaten all season.

Yep, this guy knows his footy - Liverpool will indeed win the PL title this season. But the fact that Van Diyk's mother was born in Surinam, and that Gomez's dad is from Gambia is irrelevant. What matters is the quality players they've got in their match day squad, and having a decent manager in Klopp.

I think that Liverpool after many years can win the title ma it won't win it.
African cup in june is a very good news for Liverpool but the team is built for the Champions League.

I think that Liverpool can reach the final again with his game, very fast and modern.
But in PL, in a competition that tough nine months Liverpool sooner or later it will loser on the way.

In my opinion can fight for the title but at the end of the season reach only third place after Man City and Chelsea.
