They are playing up to the WWE universe thing with this title and the way they've named it and given it to a fan favourite and non-typical WWE champion in Balor - there's no way they've give it to Roman, I think Owens fits the bill perfectly though, even if he is a heel/tweener.

Got into WWE again. Still not like what it was before but was impressed by the likes of Balor and AJ styles. Unfortunate Balor is injured.

When will this guy join the roster :D

Would love to see these guys in Raw or smackdown!

Me too - hopefully Bobby Roode ends up on one of the main rosters too. I also love Asuka and hope she gets there at some point.

Roode is essentially just an entrance music, shame they couldn't have given his gimmick to someone actually interesting in-ring. Rest hold, clothesline, rest hold, shoulder takedowns and punches, rest hold, terrible finisher.

Well, well, well!

Good RAW - I was marking out (as they say) during that final segment!

Very happy with that ending, glad KO won and finally the start of a face turn for Seth all being well.

Not sure where this leaves Roman, he still needs to turn heel but with Triple H costing him can't see it. Noticed he hardly spoke during the opening promo tho.

When will this O Neill/Young story finish it's awful.

Neville Jericho was a solid opener, Jerichos interview before hand was brilliant.

Awesome! Slightly nitpicking I would've preferred Owens to actually beat Seth with his own move (still with HHH's turn on Seth) but great match still and all 4 came out well with good things moving forward.

Just saw Oaf made his return to Raw earlier this month, congrats mate.

FUCK.

I'd been meaning to make this joke the other way around since he came back and never got around to it. You win this round, Jinder.

Anyway. KEVIN OWENS. FUCKING YES. Been the best thing going in WWE basically since he first showed up and powerbombed the fuck out of Cena. About damn time he made it to the top.

Decent RAW overall. The opening segment was brilliant and the Rollins/Jericho match was excellent. There was some crap with the Old Day stuff and I'm already sick of the Cesaro/Sheamus series but that's the price to pay with a three hour show.

Are we actually getting a Seth Rollins face turn? :o If so it's great, even if it should have happened as soon as he returned really.

Anyone go to the O2 show last night? Thought it was okay but when first announced seemed like it might be a network special or something rather than a one off random house show.

I saw that they actually held the 4th Sheamus/Cesaro match there last night. Cesaro won, of course... they were never going to have the deciding match take place off air.

I'd have probably considered going if it were a proper special/televised thing. What sort of matches did they have (besides the one mentioned, of course)?

Yeh that was the one 'meaningful' match but even then the outcome was obvious.

New Day bt The Club
Neville bt Bo Dallas w/Axel
Braun bt Goldust
Big Show bt Shining Stars (who had some of the best heat of the night)
Charlotte bt Sasha
Roman bt Jericho (great promo from Y2J and ridiculous hysteria for Roman from women, literal screaming)
KO bt Seth and Sami Zayn then got Helluva kicked and Pedigreed. Sami and Seth shook hands after.

Ah, pretty great card then all in all by the looks of things. But that hand shake :o Further suggestions that Seth is turning face...

An alright edition of Raw.

Divas triple threat was a decent enough match.

The club just wrestling and none of this doctor bollocks is what they need to do. Didn't see last weeks segment but believe it was shocking so glad they haven't tried comedy with them this week.

Loving Jericho at the moment, he is brilliant on the mic. Him/Zayn should be good at COC.

Main event was a bit sluggish I thought at start but particularly after the re-start I thought it would a good match.

Ending was done well with Rusev coming back to cost Roman.

Wonder what Seth's "consequences" shall be for attacking KO during the match (btw Owens and Rollins verbals before the main event had some gems, redesign rebuild replace was a belter, big fan of both, Owens/Rollins will should be a good'un).

Yeah decent episode, loving the Seth face turn which should have been done when he returned at Extreme Rules.

Didn't watch any of the Cruiserweight Classic but heard nothing but good things and enjoyed the fatal 4 way match on Raw, saw Cedric Alexander at a PCW show before Wrestlemania and was impressed then, hopefully he is giving the chance to shine but must say I was impressed by all four of the guys and just hope all the Cruiserweights are booked correctly as if so there should be at least one quality match each week.

Clash of Champions is looking promising with the line up.

Yeah, Clash of Champions is looking pretty great right now. Got an Owens vs Rollins main event (I think that puts two of the three best people in WWE right now in that match, the other being AJ Styles) which is sure to be great and honestly, the other match I'm really looking forward to just as much is the Womens title triple threat. Basically, of the four horsewomen, I think that Becky Lynch, while great and all, is still a step behind the other 3. At WM this year arguably the match of the night was the Becky/Sasha/Charlotte triple threat... all we're getting here is replacing Becky with Bayley, which to me is an upgrade. It's basically the best womens match WWE is capable of hosting. And of course, being WWE, rather than do it at a big PPV like WM or Summerslam, they throw it away on some random Clash of Champions.

Yeah they are stupid and unnecessary.

I guess so, like many others I would have preferred Cesaro to win and a universal title shot though. Maybe the tag team could work, Sheamus is not Tyson Kidd though.

Any news on Seth's injury is it legit or an angle?

Fuck me it's quiet around here these days, not a bad Raw this week.

Solid main event and New Day/JeriKO interaction was superb. Looks like they are slowly going to break Jericho and KO up, wonder who the face would be as Jericho got quite a good reaction when he said something along the lines of it's not like I'm challenging you for your title, but he has been fantastic as a heel this time around.

That based on the past mondays episode? I actually thought it was a good episode for the most part. The highlight being Chris Jericho writing Stephanie Mcmahon on THE LIST, and then promptly crossing her name out when he got a chance of a title match

I've always felt that Jericho's been a tad over rated, but I actually think he's the best thing going on Raw as of late.

I actually experienced that today. Picked it up after the ref went down and went to twat Kofi over the head with it... I was surprised when I just started playing the damn thing instead

It just never goes anywhere. It's a show of skits rather than moving stories. Everything is comedy, the whole show is gags. They're building to HiaC and it's all gags. Too many weeks of nothing happening, the shows just tick by and there's no reason to want to watch the week after. The only time they've managed that since the split was when HHH screwed Rollins, a cliffhanger we're still waiting to find out the plot to 10 weeks later. I'm not even arsed about Goldberg next week.
