might as well set this up seeing as we are nearly 2 weeks away from it all and deserves its own thread

current line up as follows:

1 3rd annual André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal 20-man Battle Royal for the André the Giant Memorial Trophy
2 Triple H (c) vs. Roman Reigns Singles match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship
3 Dean Ambrose vs. Brock Lesnar (w/ Paul Heyman) No Holds Barred Street Fight
4 Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker Hell in a Cell match; if Shane wins, he gains control of Raw
5 Charlotte (c) (w/ Ric Flair) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks Triple Threat match for the WWE Divas Championship
6 Kalisto (c) vs. Ryback Singles match for the WWE United States Championship
7 The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods) (c) vs. The League of Nations (King Barrett, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio and Rusev) 4-on-3 Handicap match for the WWE Tag Team Championship
8 The Usos (Jimmy and Jey) vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and D-Von) Tag team match

maybe 1 or 2 extra matches still to be added? i.e. intercontinental championship - hope to god that doesnt get relegated to the pre-show along with the battle royal

Its got to be one of the blandest, most poorly booked, worthless looking Mania's of all time! And that is shameful considering we are in an era where WWE only give a dam about Mania.

I am not sure whether to give Oof due respect or think him insane to spend so much money to see this pretty worthless mania.........fair play to him either way.

I suppose the saving grave for them going is the crowd....its a rare huge one. WWE claim bigger than the 90,000 Wembley crowd, but I personally think that a marketing fabrication....even so will be big and an experience with so many wrestling fans.

Only worry is crowd may ruin it with reactions as huge gaps between wee and fans and this card

It looks like virtually every WM for the last few years. They will pull something off, they always do and the 100,000 tickets will no doubt sell out, probably on average at $1,000 a pop because it's part of attending a spectacle, rather than enjoying or looking forward to the card as such - that's where WWE know they will always pull it off.

A ladder match, hell in a cell match and a street fight on 1 card will ensure it's at least entertaining.

Line up for ladder match is a bit shit compared to last year but I guess they can't be blamed with the amount of injuries. Surely only either KO or Zayn to win?

Zack Ryder is a rather random inclusion but I assume he is taking Neville's place.

Think I'm gonna go to the Preston City Wrestling show before hand then their Wrestlemania screening with 300 other wrestling fans which should make for a decent evening with a few beers thrown in.

I don't think the card looks dreadful but I'm not buzzing for it, sure there will be a few surprises and it'll turn out alright.

This year is probably the least I've looked forward to a WrestleMania ever possibly. Partly because I've not been watching as much WWE as I used to and partly down to the lack of star power on the roster at the moment. However, I'm sure it will deliver on the night. The Hell in a Cell should be interesting at the very least, whilst I imagine the street fight to be something special. And Zack Ryder on a WrestleMania card?! I imagine that he'll be getting release in the annual April clearout so this might be a thank you and one last pay day.

I've not watched NXT properly for the best part of a year barring with the odd episode and special to see how Ryder's been doing in NXT. Not that I don't enjoy it because I prefer watching it to Raw for sure. I might have to put some Network on later this afternoon and have a bit of a catch up.

Well, I'm off to Dublin tomorrow and then off to Dallas on Monday. Even though this is the second time and the cards a bit iffy, I'm still absolutely buzzing for it. I'll probably be sure to do a monster write up when I get back... I remember last year, my write up was so fucking big it needed to be put in 3 posts Let's see if I can match that...

Still can't say I'm buzzing for Mania, just hoping for a surprise or two. Got tickets for the Preston City Wrestling show but TNA have pulled EC3 the fuckers, still get drunk and the Mania afterparty with fellow wrestling fans should be a good atmosphere if nothing else!

Tonight will be the first time in about seven years where I've not watched it live. I'm trying to save holidays for later in the year at work and I've not been able to stay awake for the last few events I've watched live. I ended up passing out at a friend's last year and woke up to see Rollins spinning the belt around at the end of the main event. I'm just gonna stay spoiler free and watch it on Friday when I can sink a few beers and watch it.

I haven't followed wrestling as closely as I used to but very rarely miss Wrestlemania or Summerslam. Had a couple things to sort out tonight but hoping I can breeze through it and make it home for the show.

Not familiar with the card but Shane o Mac vs Taker? Whether we see the most refined match or not you just know saink nuts is gonna happen yo.
