Championship Top Scorer - Dwight Gayle (9/1), Ross McCormack (10/1), Chris Martin (20/1) and Jonathan Kodjia (25/1)
Conference South Winner - Ebbsfleet United (5/2)
League 2 Top Scorer - Jay Simpson (9/1) and John Akinde (10/1)

Probably shouldn't have gone for four top scorers in the Championship, but Kodjia looked decent given his goals tally last season.

I normally have some football bets on a Saturday & Sunday if there is a game (s) that I really fancy. Main bets are BTTS & this season I've started over 2.5 on games that I fancy. At the weekend there I had three out of four bets up giving me an excellent return.

1) Dundee v Rangers - over 2.5

2) Bournemouth v Man Utd - over 2.5

3) Arsenal v Liverpool - over 2.5.

Obviously there are peaks & troughs but overall I do not too bad. This coming Saturday I'm considering a good bet on the St Johnstone v Celtic game - over 2.5 if the price isn't too skinny. Also I may look at Scunthorpe v Gillingham - BTTS.

Torquay at 11/8 look a good price against North Ferriby who's only win came against guiseley and they were lucky to win that apparently.

Dont really understand why Bolton are odds against at home to Fleetwood either, although they have been doing alright under Rosler.

Halifax should beat Tamworth at home.

Just to note people...

We're 9/5 to win away at Shrewsbury, that looks very generous to me. We've started well, look solid and have goals in us. Shrewsbury started poorly and questioning the manager. I'll be very disappointed if we don't come away with all 3.

St Johnstone v Celtic....up....nice return from that. Changed from the Scunthorpe game to Raith Rovers v Dunfermline. Hope I haven't made a mistake.

Well the Raith v Dunfermline was down but the Scunthorpe game would have been down also. Yesterday I had Ipswich v Norwich BTTS which was up & then in the Hammers v Bournemouth game I had a goal band of 2-3....almost up if Calleri (?) had scored that chance at the death for West Ham....plonker missed.

Scunthorpe at 2/1 to beat Bristol City tomorrow is a decent bet - if, as expected, City put out a weakened side.
