Pools run isn't over yet , Tranmere and Cheltenham have 2 really tough games after today, if they both lose today and Pools win that could be game over

Unbelievable. Big half of football coming up for about a quarter of the division.

Doing our best and losing, again.

As the results are going we are going to be in some real shit.

If newport and Stevenage can get goals back it would be cool.

Apparently we have been truely abysmal. Can't believe that york fan thought we were safe.

Please just end the season now and relegate us. 2-1 down at home to Portsmouth who have nothing to play for, and genius Curle takes off Dempsey, our best player, for Dicker, a holding midfielder. Nice one mate.

Would have taken a point away at Stevenage before the game, feels like two points dropped though.

Start 1 point off safety, go 4 points off, go to safe on goal difference and end 1 point off safety. That was...eventful. 1 major cock up now and it could so easily be curtains for any of us. Don't know how much more of this I can take.

One more win will see York and above home now I reckon.

Cheltenham look gone on that evidence, both during the game and their post-match reaction.

What a moment that was, i've even got the commentary on voice record on my phone. A minute past the end of stoppage time and who else but Charlie Wyke slots it home. Massive, massive goal potentially, especially with Hartlepool and Tranmere bottling their leads as well.

I'm glad we got the point for the sake of our league position, but I resent the fact that it's redirected attention from how sh*t we just played and onto the joy of the equaliser. I'm getting lamented on our board for having a go at everything and everyone, fun times.

I'm listening to radio Cumbria and it's not so cheery on there. Lots of concern. We got out of jail though and have an extra chance on Monday to put the gap between ourselves and relegation that we desperately need. Three points is not enough

We should be beating Accrington, we really should, but I can just see them turning us over. The 1-0 at Oldham last season rings a bell at this stage, pretty much the same sort of game at Accrington.

I think i'll stick to this board for a little while haha, some people over on the other one seem annoyed that i'm pointing out how sh*t we are. If not for Wyke's scrappy goal there would be plenty of calls for Curle's head I think, so I don't see why that should change. A truly awful performance in one of our easiest remaining games.

To say we had the inevitable loss to Southend im pretty happy with the results.

I was happy cheltenham lost and neither hartlepool or tranmere won. Still 6 clear.

We should be ok, right?

Hartlepool and Tranmere bottled nothing, 2 very good teams and 2 very good draws, Carlisle dropped 2 more home points that could cost them, it's turned Accrington into a must win because the way Luton are playing you could almost say Tranmere now have a home banker. I think Pools may draw and slip back on Monday , but we have some very winnable games coming up
