Only following on Twitter but for all intents and purposes Hartlepool should be out of sight.

Could've been three up with the chances we've had, you've barely had a kick, still at 1-0 your only one long ball over the top away from an equaliser.

Equaliser from Halifax after a number of (unchallenged) headers from the away team in the box from a corner early in the second half.

Disgraceful decision standing on the goal line and not offside.

We have looked really good today and fully deserve the 3 goal lead.

We've played well but haven't half been sloppy in front of goal, even at 3-0, this lot are awful though, best chance has been from a back pass freekick.

Finished 1-1, both sides kept going to the end with goals disallowed for both teams after Halifax equalised but very difficult to judge anything in the fog and probably a fair result in the end.

Agreed. From what I could see, both teams would have felt very hard done by to come away with nothing.

Yeah I did the same:woo:
We never give up as Stockport found out last week.
Could easily have won both games.

Nervy last twenty minutes for us in which was Wealdstone's best part of the game, we should've been out of sight before they even got their goal, still so wasteful inside the box, disappointing to concede but three points and another win is all that matters.

We battered you last 25 minutes, dodgy 2nd goal saved you. You hardly got in our half towards the end and were hanging on.:fl:
You were all over us the last 20 minutes,we lost all shape whe.n Armstrong and Holohan went off.
But your original comment of us not being in your box was utter bollox,we should have been six up before you scored.

You should've been 5 down at the break, you were piss poor.

Yeah you had a go when you were 3 down and we switched off but overall the better team won by far.,

Over the course of the 90 minutes a draw was the fair result. We were the better team in the first half however in the 2nd we just couldn’t get going. Chances wise I wasn’t overly concerned in the 2nd half until the last few minutes especially as instead of trying to control the ball in possession we just lashed it away as quickly as possible. Great strike for the equaliser the lucky git

Clearly Hartlepool’s to lose now. Hope for their sake the season doesn’t get canned!

We've played about 6 games more than everyone, see what the crack is when you've all played Saturday/Tuesday/Thursday for the next month

Very gracious of you. Our main concern is staying up, but we really have been the better team in most games and have nothing to fear now. Having said that I have never seen a table so close its mad. If we had a striker I think we would be right up there.

We will stop giving teams three goal head starts before we start playing. Getting somewhat silly now.

It seems pointless making a new thread for the two remaining games tonight?

It seems as though their pitch thawed overnight and the planned inspection is no longer needed, should be a good game between two in form teams, we're only missing Tyler Magloire in defence who has gone back to Blackburn as his loan is up, which makes our back three a back two, so potentially lining up in a different formation than the one we've been successfully using.

Good news from our camp is Armstrong's loan extended until the end of the season. Just need Jamie Sherry tied down on a longer deal now. Did you hear him moaning on about letting Wealdstone back in the game at 3-0? Wasn't a happy camper. Just the type of character you need.

What's the FC Halifax stream like anyone, worth buying?

We're on, but we will definitely lose

to quote our manager
“It’s not ideal at all,” said Hessenthaler. “We’ve been told that we’ve got to play and we’re so far behind that we need to play anyway.
“We’ve picked the best team we’ve got available; six players are still isolating so they can’t come back into the group yet, and Josh Passley is suspended.
“It’s a small squad but we’ve got to field a team.

The stream is ok. It's worst game was against your lot in the trophy. The provider were having technical issues that day across several games which made the picture jumpy.

My only slight criticism would be it's a little zoomed out for my liking and the ball following technology can be faulty if another ball is being kicked/thrown about off the field.

I've certainly seen worse streams having watched every away game.

Well, one game on tonight then.

Halifax's potato field has frozen over again and it's been called off an hour before kick off.
