Just can't get the staff these days... you've clearly missed the biggest game of the day yet again. Don't you know how prestigious and important the UCL KO cup is?!? It's quarter final time and it's Yaxley vs AFCR&D, currently 1-0 to the visitors with FT at any moment. Wisbech and Cogenhoe playing for the right to host the winner of this time, that match sat at 2-2. Ties should be decided on the night one way or another.

Other UCL news has Thurnby Nirvana 3-0 up against Holbeach in the league, which means Diamonds edge another step closer to promotion.

Edit: Diamonds finished 1-0 win and through to the semi-final.

Well that point for Welling has just notched the pressure on Saturday another level. Good point for Southport

Sounds like we turned the corner performance wise and bombarded their goal second half despite a poor first half.

Play offs still look very, very difficult from here. Both Eastleigh and FGR looking well set.

We're truly awful, still haven't won at home in 2015 and rely on the opposition to score for us

That was one of the worst second half performances I've ever watched. Jack Byrne is awful. Second to every ball and then intercepts a shot on the line with 5 minutes to go from an offside position that may have got us back into the game.

Whild's subs were baffling again, taking Hughes off before any of our other players was stupid, he was the only one showing any energy and creativity. He's beginning to look seriously out of his depth at this level.

Apparently, a former Worcester City chairman was at our game with Dean Holdsworth tonight.

Creighton has come out in the interview and has said that Whild does a lot for the club and the players are letting him down. The club's falling apart.

Three more points but another deeply unconvincing performance. If Telford had anything resembling a cutting edge then we'd have been in real trouble in that second half.

Is the former Worcester city chairman, interested in buying the club do you think?

Really worried for Kiddy, think you guys will be really struggling next season.

Cheer up, at least it wasn't David Holdsworth.

Just got back, journey home was a bit of a blur but roads clear all the way, amazing. What a great performance by The Shaymen, had The Shots looking down the barrel all second half. :woo:

Good three points, sounded like we did well but rode our luck a bit in the second half, will take that away from home. Good to bounce back after a poor defeat on Saturday.

Pleased for Thomson, finally got a chance tonight and made it count with the goal and a good performance by all accounts.

Also, fitting to win five years to the day that Chester City was wound up.

Our local papers sports editor tweeted about the Worcester chairman (Dave Boddy?). That seemed to be what he was implying but just speculation.

I think we'll be in a relegation battle next season. We need to have a big clear out of players this summer and bring some of the youth players in, and try to keep a few key players such as Gowling.

1st half excellent and very unlucky not to be 2-0 up after a wonderful save from the Halifax keeper (Glennon?) from Williams.

2nd half after Plummer went off we were poor, lost our rhythm and were punished for it. After that Halifax looked the most likely to score.

Before the game i'd have taken a point but from being in full control at half time it feels like 2 points dropped.

Also fair play to the 27 Halifax fans - sounded like a horrible journey with traffic and your team coach only just making it in time for the game!

That would really worry me if I were a Kiddy fan...remember AFC Wimbledon and Kingstonian...Cuckoo taking over the nest?

Absolutely awful tonight, only one shot on target and that came near the end. Lucky not to lose really as Brodie missed two sitters.

Wisbech won their game on penalties. Mixed information on where the SF will be held. Both teams in contention for a league title and KO cup double...

Just got back from Torquay.

First half we weren't great but Torquay were dreadful, lost count of the number of passes they misplaced or put straight out of play. They improved in the second half but we still should have gone 2-0 up only for a great save by the Torquay keeper to deny us a 2nd goal. Courtney Richards made a difference for Torquay when he came on but there was only one clear cut chance for them that I can remember and Worsnop made a good save to push it wide. On tonight's display it is easy to see why they are so low in the table.

Overall I think we just about shaded it and deserved the win.

Nothing wrong with that, all the best teams beat Telford 1 0 on Tuesday nights...... ;) :D

Shaping up to be the best Conference title race perhaps ever.

Granted, the standard of teams at the top might be poor but to have four teams separated by a handful of points at the top is unusual at this level.

Not our best performance last night, but we managed to turn a 1-0 half time deficit into a comfortable and convincing 1-3 away win. I think the win against Bristol Rovers at the weekend took a lot out of our players, and i was surprised we didn't make more than just the one change to the starting line up, with the Barnet home game on Saturday in mind. I guess the manager is just trying to keep the current momentum going and keep picking up 3 points, hoping the same 10 lads can play through the tiredness.
Kiddy looked a very poor side who's confidence is shot.
