Weirdly not feeling depressed about this fixture, Bradford clearly a decent team, but we've gone there and upset the applecart last season when we couldn't buy a win, don't see why we can't do it again, Umerah being back and scoring last week is big for us, playing a lot better under Askey but still show signs of fuckuppery in the ranks.

Is the Broadway the best/easiest place to park for those got lumbered with being the designated driver?
Just on parking, Broadway the best choice if you want to keep all your windows and if you’re going for a drink before, if not and you’re going straight to the ground (and happy to park somewhere rough (where I park every week)), aim for Parkfield road if you’re there before 12:00, it’s closer and on the route you’ll be coming down as opposed to doing a bit of a detour into town.

On the game, if we’re not winning these games there’s no point is there, and that’s with all the respect to Hartlepool who battered us at home last season having not won away for ten years, this season we’ve done exactly the same and dropped points to loads of the bottom sides and need to avoid a repeat.

Stevenage at home.

Well after successfully climbing Kilimanjaro (Swindon) last week, we up the stakes by attempting K2. Another in our long line of almost impossible summits we have to tackle over the coming weeks. Lhotse on Tuesday, then a trip to Everest on 1st April.

I still don’t think we’ll finish top 7, purely because of the fixtures we have, a lot of games against teams this season who we simply haven’t been able to take any points from. In our games so far against the current top 5 Orient, Stevenage, Northampton and Stockport, we’ve lost every single game against these teams. That needs to change if we are to have any chance of staying in the top 7, as I can’t see us being faultless in all of the other games.

Purely on the basis that we’ve lost every game we’ve played against the top 5 teams, I just can’t see beyond a Stevenage win.

Carlisle United 0-1 Stevenage

Hope I’m wrong because a win for us would be a huge confidence boost and would give us belief that we can do what we so far haven’t been able to.

Such a drama queen.

Rovers home to Newport. Tom Davies hopefully back in defence, but no bolstering our lacklustre attack. Most likely outcome a draw, which would at least boost our mid-table cup aspirations
What we have here my friend is two sides that could'nt score in a brothel! so i will be having a few quid on 0-0 and a strong challenge for the mid-table trophy.

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
Would like to see Kristian Dennis back in the starting line up for this. He seems to score in streaks and he's due one.

What happened to the saying of ‘never change a winning side’

Looking forward to getting drenched at Stockport anyway.

Referee today has a suspect record for Mansfield too.

I expect us to set up not to lose by trying not to win, Larkin is out for the season and Mitchell is 50/50 and we haven’t got an emergency loan keeper in

Nah the Bogle dam is going to burst wide open today. Hat trick in a 4-1 away win.

I fancy Carlisle to win today, think they've got the best momentum right now.

Not sure how Costelloe hasn’t put us 1-0 up there.

If you’re a fan of kicking the ball straight out of play then this is the game for you.

Can see why Pools are struggling.

We aren’t much better, though.

1-0 Hartlepool - Callum Cooke.

Formation has to change.

The only thing that has impressed me about this game is the Hartlepool fans, great numbers and noise all things considered.

Having seen our line-up today and only able to name 5 subs again, think Roger’s prediction looking more likely. Suppose should be grateful train strike stopping me going to the game.

Great finish from Kemp, this Hartlepool performance does not fill me with confidence. Not world beaters but play like this the rest of the season and we’re definitely taking that last relegation spot.

Missed so many changes, no doubt our fans will go mad but we’ve created far less and won 3-0 this season. Banks missed an absolute sitter at the end.

Only caught the last half hour but seemed value for a draw, frustrating we can't hold leads but we look a better side now than we have done all year.

On another day, it could’ve been 7-3.

Banks missed two sitters in last 10 minutes.

Costelloe missed 3 sitters.

That’s the big issue for me, yeah we are playing better under Askey considerably compared to Hartley/Curle.

But we need to start picking up some wins before it’s too late

Awful support from Colchester, it's only down the road and they've barely sold 2/3rds of the away end, very poor.

Yeah can't say I'm buzzing about the result really as we keep spaffing leads away and time/games are running out. No way does this side under this manager get relegated if it had been in place longer. We've fucked it this season but a point is a point and even if Crawley hold on here, as long as we're in touch mid April then we have a chance.
