Here's some evaluations of our starters so far.

Spoiler

Armstrong: Good hands, bad everything else. 75% of our goals conceded would have been saved by anyone over 5'6".


Hunt: Barely noticed him on the pitch. Decent, I guess.

Valderrama: Good aerial threat and presence in the defense. However, is a bit too fond of risky tackles and often gives away fouls.

Juste: Makes some great tackles, but often picks up bookings. Solid defender.


Stagattuso: Another player whose presence isn't strongly felt, but he does well when he gets the ball and is useful in the attack.


di Creggio: Rapid winger, physicality and stamina are a bit of an issue for him though. Great partnership with Danny Rose.

Ianesta: Very offensive-minded CM, contributes to the attack very well and makes great balls to the wingers and HeungCod.

Buscamonte-Poppleton: Fantastic box-to-box midfielder. Starts attacks and stays involved in them. Rarely our best player, but consistently in the top three. Very pacy and skillful, very capable of getting around defenders.

Shelvey: Great dribbling, good at cutting in and playing lovely balls into the box. Not always very involved in the match but when he is he's always in the right place at the right time.


HeungCod: Great creative force behind Ameobi, frequently contributes with goals and assists. Like a more attacking Buscamonte-Poppleton.


Ameobi: Great strength, great shooting. Not very mobile but a very good target man up front.
