You lot are gonna have a lot of fun with MK fans next season, Jesus.

Some right mongs in that away end - couldn't really take losing to little old Barnet.

What were they doing?

Drew 0-0 with West Ham.

Despite the scoreline it was a really good game. We played well, only a friendly I know but makes me feel a bit better about the season ahead.

What were they doing?

About 15-20 of them got ejected at half-time.

Trying to lurch over the barrier and cause trouble, truly embarassing.

Spent more time watching the Barnet fans than they did the game and according to one Dons fan, tried to start fights amongst themselves in their drunken mess.

They sound like a bright bunch getting that worked up over a friendly game.

Not going to disagree with any of that aside from the numbers involved. It was only two that got ejected. Their mates all followed them out in support.

For what I understand the "fights" amongst ourselves were them not taking too kindly to being told to grow up by the rest of us.

Too much booze basically, but it was never threatening in any way. I was sat about half a dozen rows in front.

I have a feeling that won't be the last of that sort of behaviour we see over this season! It was the typical 'casuals' that have turned old enough to drink this season and feel like billy big bollocks! If they act like that at a place like Leeds (just an example) or somewhere else this season the police will be the least of their worry! The majority of us including myself that where there thought from the start they needed to calm down! It was only a pre season friendly!

Sorry about the behaviour of them it's not a reflection of all of us! Well done yesterday your team played us off the park and fully deserved the win, if you play like that this season you will do very well :)

Wouldn't worry mate, didn't bother me but annoyed a few around me!

It's obviously only a few idiots, in the minority.

I was really pleased with how we played, especially Big John Akinde. I was surprised you didn't put up much of a fight, but Ben Reeves looks handy in the middle.

I'm not surprised it was annoying me as well, started as banter and quickly turned to abuse.

He reminded me a lot of afobe last year, big strong and good finisher, didn't help we gave him 2 of the 3 goals on a plate! Does he have long left on his contract? Hint hint I am very worried about us this season if we don't sign some decent players soon, the squad is 3-4 players short at the mo and much weaker compared to last season.

Akinde looks a good price for top scorer @25/1

Bumped into quite a few of the Forest team checking it at the Park Plaza hotel yesterday. With my bright Walsall shirt on Paterson and Fox who were both sat together both gave me the double turn - intimidating. That where they go every pre-matchday?

He has 2 years left on his contract, really pleased we gave him a long-term deal to start out with.

We rejected 250k from Barnsley for one of our wingers, so it would take a big offer to prise him away.

Have you not had a chance of signing any of the loanees you had last season? - Grigg, Clarke-Harris, Rob Hall etc if I remember correctly?

Jennings looks on the tubby side too, admittedly.

Only the 31 goals last season.

He's a completely different proposition to what he was in the FL before - deft touch, finish and unbelievable strength.

Akinde looks a good price for top scorer @25/1

I've had a flutter at that price myself, a few of our fans got it at 35/1.

I don't think he will be top scorer, but I'd back him to get somewhere between 15-20 next season, possibly more if he adapts quickly to League football.

Anything is possible if he continues to have good service into him!

Akinde played against us a good 5 years ago and tore us apart, just bullied our defence. Think he was playing for Wycombe at the time. Was very impressed with him that day, but he hadn't done anything since (including in a spell with us) until playing for you guys last season.

Will be interesting to see how he does next year.

Looks like the sort of player that would fit into our squad. outbid and outwaged by Wigin for grigg, clarke harris i didnt rate, great in the air but was about it. Rob Hall we are apparently in discussion with Bolton about and i have heard we cannot agree a fee with them for him. he was a quality act last year. the one we will miss the most is Dele, i didnt realise how much we would miss him until saturday.

He is looking very tank like at the moment hopefully he can shed a few lbs

Yeah, as I said, completely different proposition now to what he was in the past.

He's matured as a player and has come on leaps and bounds in developing his technical ability and strength.

Lost 1-0 at Crawley.Poor performance.Be good to get McCleary back because there is a real lack of creativity at the moment as well as a lack of pace.Al-Habsi was playing well until he let a powerfull shot which was straight at him go in the net.

Really do need one more striker before the transfer window shuts.

Not going to take much from it, it's not like we were going for the win. Three players played their first minutes of the pre-season and a lot of kids involved. Don't think any first teamer played more than 45 minutes.

Espanyol will be interesting on Saturday, as we should see what Clarke considers to be his first choice squad for the beginning of the season. Plus even if they aren't full strength, Espanyol will give us a good challenge.

The above was more of a drunken rant from me tbh.On the train coming back from Crawley now.Yeah i personally don't care about friendly results.Even in our 2005-06 promotion season our first team lost 2-1 at Farnborough.

You can get very good odds on Villarreal beating Derby tomorrow, staggering considering their pre-season form and obvious quality.

They're only slightly more favoured than us.

2-2 against a strong Villa team. Libor Kozak got 2 for them, whilst Dave Edwards and Benik Afobe scored ours.

Happy with that.
