How long have Darlo been homeless now? We've been in exile for 10 frigging seasons now and I wouldn't want to wish it on anyone. Its soul destroying, especially when it's at your biggest rival's ground. We're averaging 490 at the moment, crap frankly for a City with 150,000 people in it. We have a lot of "I'll go when they are back in Gloucester/I'm not giving my money to the scum" types. Be interesting to see what kind of gates we do get when we are back. Being completely ignored by our local BBC radio station probably doesn't help either, last two weeks they've tweeted our scores incorrectly saying we have lost too. Twats

This is our 5th season at Bishop, Clem.

Hopefully we will be playing at Blackwell Meadows by the turn of the year so the second half of the season should see some good gates.

To get to Blackwell so quickly from having nothing, we've raised hundreds of thousands of pounds and received some grants - however even with that sort of spend, Blackwell is going to have to be minimum everything, cheapest option everything. The capacity will be 3,000 (arguably not enough for Darlington should we have a big match), there will be 250 seats, and so on. It's going to be real basic, absolute minimum conference north standards, but at least we'll be home.

If we wanted a much better ground it would have taken a lot more time and money to sort out and then there would be a real danger of the club getting to the conference national at some point with nowhere appropriate to play.

So the plan is to get in there asap and build it up organically as we progress. It's going to be a bit of a mish mash if the truth be told and will make Accrington's ground look like the San Siro.

Is that stubborn Rugby club still using the old arena? Any likelihood of the council stepping in and sorting it properly. That said if you get the new ground up to speed over the next few years capacity and stands wise I suppose who would want to have 3-4k in a 25k stadium when you can be in a 6-10k capacity stadium.

It may be small but it will be your home - saw some pics of the work starting on it so good luck with that. Will just be good to see you boys back in Darlo. Had some good times at Feethams when I was younger - a real shame what happened there.

How is Adam Nowakowski getting on? Lovely lad from a great HG family and has got some good miles under his belt at this level.

Having been to feethams and been to their old arena i'd be shocked if Darlo ever want that arena again unless it was absolute necessary.

Its a nice ground, but by god did it murder that club, feethams had life and atmosphere and a feeling about it, the old Reynolds arena had nothing to it, even though my last visit with Carlisle was fantastic as we won big and took great numbers i still myself preferred the games at feethams.

may take them longer, but i think Darlo have picked a much better route to return home, if Darlo can generate something like curzon have in the longer term it would be ideal for them (with say a larger main stand) one big covered paddock, a main stand and some small open terracing about the rest.

Not missed a game so far this season, and although the away teams at Aggborough are intent on coming for a point, I am really enjoying this season and is obviously a help when your team win, as opposed to the last couple of seasons of utter dross.

Hornby no doubt won us the game yesterday, made a couple of top saves. At his age I think he may well be looking at breaking into the Burton Albion first team in the future. Lowe & Tunnicliffe as solid as ever. Tyrone Williams is slowly but surely winning me over, I had thought he would be a weak link this season but he has not done much wrong in his recent run in the side. Gave the ball a little cheaply at times yesterday but I think he will only improve. Zaine and Ghnuaha linked up excellently on that left flank yesterday and caused Darlo all sorts of problems on that side. On the other side however was an alarming difference, Tyrell Waite duffed up two decent chances to hit the target, and his touch was abysmal all night, and again, losing possession on the cheap.

It'll be interesting to see how we deal with the loss of McQuilkin on Tuesday and who will fill in. I think we can cope as Croasdale will push forward with one of Carter/Thomas to play the holding role. Ngtwalala was also a class-act again yesterday, I think he just about edged his midfield battle with Turbull, who seemed to make things tick for Darlo.

Mani also had a poor game yesterday, still unconvinced on his finishing and I feel the lack of goals up top may come to bite us in the arse come May. Hopefully Eustace understands this and brings in a striker who can keep him on his toes. We were in for Chris Beardsley in the Summer, who rejected us for a full-time coaching job, but someone similar with his experience would be ideal.

Don't think i'd have been too disappointed coming home with a point yesterday looking at the game as a whole, but as we dominated Boston and only came home with a point, I guess it's evened itself out.

Stalybridge and Worcester look in deep trouble early doors. already seem to be drifting away.

Top looking also like a set few teams, at least Curzon keeping in game but its a tough one today and tuesday but then gets abit easier.

looking like its going to also be another failure for Stockport this season, they will have to keep building for next.

this league seems already to have picked its groups i'm struggling to see many now outside them top positions push into them.

Well I should delete my Stockport comment!

Can only go off the probs bias Curzon twitter but read like Curzon worked their socks off second half and created afew chances before equalizing with a 94 min pen. Great point away at a side I expect in top 5

Curzon and Gloucester doing us big favours.

Here's how the table looks.

Alty, Stalybridge, Worcester and BPA not looking good so far.

Cracking result at Fylde today and we have goals all over the pitch now, such a massive difference to last season. I didn't go so can't comment personally but our fans were saying the roof is way too high at their new stadium and if it pours you get soaked. Also lack of barriers and stuff and crap stewarding. Lot of Fylde are saying our lot were fighting with each other but sounds like a little local mob (told Huddersfield but surely Blackpool?) turned up and got the reaction they wanted. We had about 50 fans there.

No you are right - as it stands we are looking like upper midtable fodder - hopefully we can bring a couple of players in to change that.

This league is incredibly tough this season with Fylde, Halifax, Salford and Harrogate all big favourites for the top 5.

We really need to sort our defence out and we need a goal scorer as Odejayi is shite.

As for today I thought we were good first half but went in 2-1 down, 2 attacks and 2 goals for them. We were crap second half but managed to nick it at the end. Just a shame 2 idiots had to be dickheads.
