Although it was expected, now the time has come I'm gutted about Preston Edwards leaving! He's signed a pre-contract agreement with Dulwich.

Alex Osborn has also agreed to move at the end of his contract, he's joining Margate. Danny Haynes has left by mutual consent.

Contracts don't run out until June 30, so won't expect much in the way of retained players until toward the end of the month. I'm sure there will be a few more than these 3 going elsewhere.

McMahon is also said to be talking to potential signings currently.

Sam Deering signs a new contract until the end of next season.

Brandon Hall, Tom Bonner, Aiden Palmer, Lloyd Harrington, Joe Howe, Kelvin Langmead, Theo Lewis and Robbie Willmott all to be released at the end of their contracts with Bonner already having agreed a move to his former club Dartford!

Howe is another departure I'm gutted by, having been here since six years. He'll rock up at another Conference South Club and have a worldie against us next season.

My guess is he will end up at Whitehawk, where he spent a while on loan. Really feel for the lad. Left us to go to Crewe as a really bright prospect but injuries hampered his time there. Came back and suffered an ACL injury. Not been the same.

Still young so I really hope he gets that chance to progress again.

Bryan Van Den Bogart leaves to remain in Belgium with his mum who is ill. Very good in his short spell with us, hope he gets a club quickly nearer to home. Makes releasing Joe Howe a little interesting unless McMahon has a new left back lined up as we now have none apart from young Karn Miller-Neave.

Reckon we will also announce a new signing this week too.

Lee Hodges re-appointed as manager - got them to this level under previous bankrolling so a good fit I imagine.

Rory Fallon also confirmed as player-coach. Somehow only 34, so should be a decent signing at this level.

Was that the "who knows?" Tweet? If so, I took that as a bit of a brush off to be honest. He was always going to re-sign if we offered him a new deal.
