A good night for us and a few other clubs lurking around the drop zone, much appreciated Kiddy and Bradford. All to play for again on Saturday!
My calculations, I think i make that 17 games unbeaten in the league for Kidderminster, brilliant run that.

Thought we were deserved winners last night, and we were quite wasteful with our chances, you can see why we don't pick up as many points on the road.
Croasdale dictated the tempo all night, while Vaughan didn't put a foot wrong all night. Good to see Bradley coming off the bench and making an impact after his turbulent season so far.

We're really hitting form at the right time and I think we'll finish in the top 3, which would help massively in the playoffs.

Power struggle trust owns 25% of club but contributes nothing to running of club.
Chairman wants them to put money in or hand shares back to him,he is willing to cover debt if so.
New ground has started to be built and will bring extra income in.
Why's he suddenly wanted to Trust to contribute for a year? Was there any inclining that he wanted that?

It comes across as a sneaky way to try and get the Trust to contribute at the last minute, knowing full well they probably can't, to get remaining shares.

17 games unbeaten yes but a lot of draws. Our home form is amazing atm. Last 6 games at home in the league 19 goals scored 0 conceded. It's our away form that's killing us 1 win and 5 draws. We start turning those into wins like last night we'll be good for top three.

That starts with a very tough game at Spennymoor on Saturday. But realistically I'd actually take a point from that game.

Looking forward to our game at Aggborough next season.

I can't imagine consistently digging out his players in post match interviews most weeks helped his cause.

More on Frecklington`s depature - http://www.gainsboroughtrinity.com/...nity-news/announcement-dave-frecklington.html

"It was felt that a change at the helm could have a similar impact to that of Chris Moyses at Alfreton, who have hit the ground running & strung positive results together quickly. Results that look to have moved them away from danger" We have won 2 lost 1, exactly the same as Gainsborough..

Still I feel its probably the right decision.

Billy Heath is close to be appointed. But Steve Housham is another name I have seen mentioned.

Heath would be a bit of a coup for Gainsbrough. Cant see it.

Another managerial casualty tonight.

Former Wrexham manager Andy Morell has been sacked at Tamworth.

Bollocks. Was hoping he would stay in charge for Saturday`s game and then we could send him packing. The relegation dog fit is hotting up!!

Not sure of inns and outs. Does the trust not d any unpaid jobs at the club? Credit to the chairman for sticking by the club during relegation

The chairman does indeed deserve credit for sticking with the club through thin and thinner, but you also have to ask whose fault is it that we've had a competitive budget but been utter dogshit on the pitch for years, in spite of the efforts of several different managers and about a hundred different players? We are, slowly but surely, being mismanaged into oblivion and McGill has to take some of the blame for that.

The 25% of shares owned by the trust is there so we can't be owned by a single shyster who could destroy the club, as nearly happened back in the bad old days. Whether you trust McGill to do the right thing (and personally I do) is for me not the issue - McGill won't be around forever so what happens in the future? That 25% is a hugely important safeguard in my opinion.

How long has Lee Vaughan been back playing for you?
Thought he was treated shabbily by Rovers after his leg-break and glad he's back in action.

His first appearance was off the bench against Nuneaton back in late December. He's now a regular starter and is showing why he's still one of if not the best RB in non-league. His leg break hasn't affected him at all it seems, he's still got the pace to beat a man and whip a ball in. He's the one who set up Waring back on his debut. We're very lucky to have pinched him off you.

This weekends fixtures for the 9th & 10th February 2018

FC United Of Manchester vs Chorley

AFC Telford United vs North Ferriby United
Alfreton Town vs Tamworth
Blyth Spartans vs Brackley Town
Boston United vs Curzon Ashton
Bradford Park Avenue vs Darlington
Gainsborough Trinity vs Southport
Leamington vs Harrogate Town
Spennymoor Town vs Kidderminster Harriers
Stockport County vs Nuneaton Town
York City vs Salford City

Depending on what the weather forecast is for this weekend, we should have a full fixture list with some interesting games.
We will be looking to complete a league double, whilst Bradford will be hoping to put the record straight.
Obviously the biggest games of the day are at York and Spennymoor, that'll be tough games for Kiddy and Salford respectively.

Alfreton look good for picking up maximum points, could be tough for Curzon down at inform Boston, Ferriby are two games unbeaten they could surprise us all with yet another draw? Also it's a must win for Southport.
Stockport should ease the pressure by beating Nuneaton, and not forgetting. The spa town derby, that should be Harrogate's for the taking.
And lets hope Chorley can get the ball rolling on Friday night with a victory at FCU?

Lets not forget that the Trust have given very fair option to the chairman whereby they give him 20% of their shares leaving the trust with just 5%enough for a 'fighting fund' should the worst happen, considering he rejected this combined with the ridiculously low valuation for BC, you have to question the real motivations behind him throwing his teddy out of his pram

Everybody knows NFU should have been no where near this level.

But their league place should not ever be allowed to just go to a fresh club.

They need to do what cancer did and just drop

Tamworth have signed striker Akasi Asante who scored a truckload when Solihull won the title. Good signing ahead of tomorrow.

Nuneaton have signed Andre Wright from Kidderminster

Boston have signed Jonathan Wafula, born in Alfreton, from Gainsbrough

Was confident of three points tomorrow at the start of the week. However Tamworth1s mangerial change and signing of Asante has made me nervous ahead of a absolutely crucial must win game.

Our next three after tomorrow-
Salford (H)
Harrogate (A)
York (A)

So..yeah we need the win!

Looking forward to the short trip to Bradford tomorrow, weather looks a bit dodgy like pissing it down most of the day. No news of any inspections so far?
I feel quite confident with the current form that we've achieved over the last four matches, another Blyth performance should do the trick, whether we get that from the players is another matter.

Whilst Bradford are no mugs, they come into the game on the back of a 5-0 thrashing of Gainsborough Trinity. This match should be a very entertaining affair, well hopefully? Come on Darlo!!

Our game has a 7am pitch inspection. Judging by the weather in Spennymoor I can't see this game being on.

Surely North Ferriby will feel a lot more comfortable in the evo-stik premier division playing the likes of Whitby Town? And a few other teams that get worst crowds than North Ferriby? Shame, I enjoyed my first ever visit to North Ferriby, a really nice friendly club and supporters to go with it.

Touch and go, it's been dry today with sunshine. But tomorrow is horrendous weather in Spenny/Darlo? And their pitch can't take the rain?
It's gotta be an early one, for you guys to travel up.

Was largely in favour of expanding the playoffs to 6 teams, and like the fact that now there is an advantage for the higher up the league you finish. But looking at the sides just outside the playoffs at the moment - Blyth, Chorley, Stockport etc they've barely got 'winning records' in the league. No offence to those clubs, that's just where they happen to be this year (& where Brackley was last year) - but I'm just not sure that a club which is barely earning 1.5 points per game, deserves a chance at promotion?

It is a tough one for Curzon today mostly because i think its a distraction.

with them in good form i'm expecting little and on tuesday is possibly one of the biggest games of season in Conf north so far (after maybe when Salford played Harrogate) not in terms of big as in size, but big as importance because Telford Vs Curzon who are currently the 2 sides looking best chance of relegation presently.

sorry harriers fans my lack of report from monday was a busy week, but last 25 minutes Monday gave me hope, even if it was the same story of 50% of ball each but opposition creating much more chances than we did..............our next left winger signed from stockport town looked very good and dangerous, something we've not had all season and we ended game with 2 wingers and 2 forwards......we ain't had one winger in team the entire season let alone 2 on pitch........hope of maybe now being able to attempt to take a game to other side.

if we get out today fantastic, but Tuesday is enormous.
