1 of them let off a flare at Woking & was last seen been put in the back of a police wagon. Hopefully he's still in Woking!

Maidstone used to have quite the bromance soft spot for Dover, until their pathetic non-fighting hooligans turned up trying to be hard. But, like Gillingham, everyone now seems to go to the Gallagher when their club aren't playing at home.
I still don't mind Dover, the Joe Healy thing pissed me off but that's on him really. I don't mind Fleet or Dartford either. I have no room in my heart for hate... just mild distaste for Gillingham and Tonbridge.

No surprises then with the FA League allocations. Billericay, Dulwich, Slough, Torquay and Woking joining the Conny Sarf next season.

I'll start a thread for next season after the weekend's playoff final. Speaking of which, Hampton have less than 500 tickets remaining which is some effort.

So with the creation then of the central league and now four feeders, how many teams go down from north and south next season?

Rather controversially still 3. There is going to be inter league play offs at Step 3 and even some teams who win the play-offs may not get promoted. Which is a bit of a joke.

Curzon Ashton....and Carlisle
another weird decision.

So they make 'any old joe' able to get out of conf north and south by making 1/3 of league able to get promotion but then make it harder for teams below to get up.

Gonna mean more individual bankrolled teams being only one's able to progress, play-offs last few seasons is how some of the smaller sides were able to get up like Leamington or ashton United.

Thinking of going to this game and is it still likely I'll be able to get a ticket in the home end on the day? I did that quite easily when they played Hayes & Yeading in 2009.

I can't say I've seen any further information on matchday arrangements but I doubt it will be segregated (might be worth checking though to see if they'll be doing pay on the gate).

Well I was in the main side stand and while there was no segregation it was mostly home fans there and I want Hampton to win. And like most non-league games I wasn't allocated a seat number so given that Braintree are likely to bring more fans to fill in the gaps, would you advise getting there early whether I get my ticket on the day or before?

Quite shocked to see Tony Burman has stepped down as manager at Dartford after almost 15 years as maanger and over 500 appearances a player. Part of the furniture there. Has he resigned as a director too?

Got my ticket for Sunday's game and looking forward to this.

I always enjoy these non-league games even if the match isn't a classic with their charmingly quaint grounds and an atmosphere and match experience that feels closer to football as we used to know it, while I see some of the negatives in going out of the FL (not least the shame of losing your league status in itself) I can't fully understand why so many ex-league fans find the Conference such a disagreeable experience.

So pretty much a setup of.....

Winner of the Isthmian playoffs v winner of Southern League South playoffs.
Winner of Southern League Central playoffs v winner of Northern Premier playoffs.

They really have over complicated something that could easily be sorted by just relegating 4 instead of 3.

Talk of the 4 longest serving players at Dartford leaving too DarkSithLord, plenty of change at Princes Park but they'll be challenging again next season.

All the comments above sum up my feelings on the promotion process from Step 3 as of next season, it's an absolute farce. 2 up from each of the 4 divisions, 4 down from the Conny Sarf and North. Simple.

This applies to next season but I'll put it here as Billericay are now in this division. Tamplin's latest is that next season the budget will be slashed by 50% meaning just the £20,000 a month being spent. Yep he was spending £40,000 a month at Isthmian Premier level.
Next season the aim is possibly playoffs but he'd be happy with promotion. Oh and by 2022 Billericay will be a league club, he didn't say that was the aim, he's promised that.

Billericay’s weekly wage bill was reported at figures from 25k to 35k . He’s now stated that he’s reducing it down to 10k per week which would still put him pretty much top of the pile in terms of wages bar maybe Torquay.

Im still trying to work out how the heck promotion from step 4 will even work with 7 leagues having to promote into 4.

This whole reorganizing process was meant to make things easier, yet seems to have complicated things alot more.

Amazing still to think that sixth tier players could be earning up to a half a million quid per year, let alone £700K.

We are bringing over 400 and if you want a ticket better get in quick as I believe only about 250 left and no pay at the gate.

Complete sell out for our play off final at Hampton. They have done a good job in putting on an outside bar and more food outlets for all the fans. Looking forward to the game and hopefully a quick return to the National league although it will have been the hard way with all our games away from home!! COYI

We have resigned Brett Williams for the coming season, should score a few with the right striker partnering him.

Happy with that!

Hopefully he'll take 6 points from Woking on our behalf - could you knock down their barrier for us when he does ;)

As for today hoping to see a Hampton win although doubt either side will be troubling the top end of the table next season

Decent first (re-)signing. Torquay should have a massive advantage next season being the only full time side in the division.

Damn I've been away too long. Last I lived over there, Flanagan was playing for them.
