I’m hoping we keep our away strip from last season , it was a blue one and really smart.
However the least said about our monstrosity of a purple 3rd kit the better.

The two tone Blue one you wore at our place was nice, probably the best I saw last year.

Agreed. Loved the blue one. The pink/purple one proved very popular and I cannot see why. Awful!

We're with Errera again, and our new kit(s) are being released at the Lincolnshire Show, which is 20th June, I think.

Quite impressed with this. The fit doesn’t look too bad and BLACK SHORTS!

Black shorts is a releif after the last few times we've changed to all white.

Really stylish, cant wait to see the purple away kit.

Pretty much this. Glad we’ve gone back to our traditional style kits of white shirt and black shorts. Hopefully we keep to this in future.

That Vale kit is a beauty indeed. Truth be told, I'm feeling a tad jealous right now. I've been telling this mate of mine (he knows this guy that apparently helps out with choosing the new kit designs at CUFC) for years now to tell this chap to go for an away kit just like this new Vale one.

Only question about that Vale kit is naturally one about the suppliers. They're not a well known brand so question marks remain about their ability to replenish club shop stock esp. during the Xmas period, and of course,if the shirts are comfy enough and well made as to warrant buying one.

Will let you know when we buy it!

BLK are quite big in other sports such as Rugby Union so should be ok for supplying. I might be wrong but we generally order a full stock order on home shirts from the off rather than replenish during the season although stand to be corrected on that.

You're right, they're aren't new to rugby union, but I think they've only supplied one FL/Conference side (Pools) before - though I could be wrong on this. I think you're also correct in that there really shouldn't be any problems seeing they already supply a number of rugby sides, but tbh I'm not that big on rugby (league or union) so I'm not sure if they operate just like a footy side does, though I imagine it's not that different, if at all.

The Port Vale top is one of the best so far, looks pretty smart...I'm now starting to worry that ours will be a real let down, or offensive on the eyes, even if we have been promised something really different.

I've managed to get a sneak peek at your new home and away kits:

I know they play for Port Vale but you'd have thought they could at least try and smile?

Got a professional company in to do the video's etc, they had come fun with it!

Vale have announced the away kit reveal is Monday and confirmed it will be a Purple and Black number for the first time. (Excluding the Purple third kit a couple of years ago we wore once or twice at Notts County and Coventry)

Kit teaser was released on our twitter yesterday.

Home shirt looks to be red with navy trim, very similar to the 2001-02 kit and a colour scheme we haven't really explored much since then so that'd be a nice change from the usual red and white. Probably be the first home shirt I'd want to buy since our 2012-13 one.

Away shirt is definitely white.

Socks for one of the kits appear to be navy however I can see us going with a red shirt, white shorts and navy socks next season as opposed to the traditional colours. However, it wouldn't surprise me if the away strip was white with navy shorts and navy socks either.

Don’t like that Port Vale kit myself. People will call that tacky in a couple of years.

We’ve had a sneak peek at ours:

They’re going for a retro collar and it looks to Black and White as opposed to the ‘White and Black’ efforts of recent years. Could be wrong though.

Also, since when has 140 years been a cause for celebration?!

Replenishment shouldn't be a problem we will only sell 17 !!! Lol

We're doing our usual event, but this year we've made it free and are announcing the kit just before the England Tunisia match. The only thing I've heard is that its different to what we've done before and we have gold numbers/names
