Lincoln will be denied promotion for crimes against total football and will collapse, good footballing Mansfield promoted instead. Bolton will be kicked down to League 2 reprieving Plymouth and go on strike for the whole season. Tranmere will rage quit football altogether after losing to us yet again. Fylde/Salford will be voted out at the AGM with Notts re elected along with Yeovil.

I've included all the sides that could potentially be in League Two next season, simply a case of crossing out whoever ends up not in League Two.

Walsall
Northampton

Oldham
Grimsby
Swindon

I didn't set out to get us relegated but we are having to cut our budget next season and have problems behind the scenes. I didn't put the clubs in order from top to bottom, I just put them down in near random order, either above the teams I thought they'd do better than, or below the teams I didn't think they'd do as well as.

There seems to be a potential lack of either clubs in a strong position almost nailed on for playoffs as a minimum as Lincoln, MK Dons, Bury and Mansfield were last season, or total basket cases that also don't have the resources to avoid a relegation scrap, such as Yeovil and Macclesfield. Most clubs it feels, could go either way in the summer transfer window and then on into the season.

Walsall won't be up there. Poor budget, squad isn't great as it is (worse than any of the teams relegated from L1 last year). They'll be lucky to finish in the top half.

Vince at forest green gets acute carrot poisoning whose symptoms are a bright orange face and silly haircut ( hes halfway there) he immediately withdraws all his cash from the team to spend on the only medicine guarenteed to cure all mankinds woes a big mixed grill!! He becomes addicted and takes over at bury where he renames the stadium the black pudding arena .

Meanwhile bradford f.c take a leaf out of the bradford dulls rugby league textbook 5 short hitups followed by a hoof upfield to the opposing full back ( pretty much like last season) and like the dulls realise they will be mid table every season forever despite being too big for the league they are in .

At tranmere the palios run out of ideas of how to exploit loyal supporters ( town tax, forced to join supporters club for away tickets, lying on twitter saying buy your season ticket now to save 150 quid) and sell the club to lorraine rodgers .

Finally scholes realises hes had carrot poisoning for years justifying his decision to change the team colours to red yet still call salford the ammies! And they collapse back to where they came from

Didn't realise Bradford Park Avenue were back in the league.

Walsall won't be up there. Poor budget, squad isn't great as it is (worse than any of the teams relegated from L1 last year). They'll be lucky to finish in the top half.
Our budget is firmly mid-table and a vast majority of our squad is out of contract and will be released, those few that are in contract still have the potential to be very good players at this level. Andy Cook scored 17 in a relegated side last season and Josh Gordon ran his socks off and scored 9 while being in and out the side all year. George Dobson will be one of the best midfielders in the division next year easily and Dan Scarr and Kory Roberts is a potentially exciting young CB partnership with two very different kinds of defender. Liam Roberts is a very promising young GK who was excellent in the season before last in League 1 but lost his form this one, but is still young and promising with a better GK coach to get him back to previous form.

We have also appointed a very experienced manager who has been successful at this level previously whilst also having experience in dealing with a large turnover of players. So whilst our budget is firmly midtable, with 19 players out of contract a very large amount of it will be available for Darrell Clarke to play with to sign people making us a little more powerful than we would have been. A lot of the high earners will also likely be released (such as Luke Leahy, Jon Guthrie, Zeli Ismail and possibly but hopefully not Nicky Devlin) relieving a lot of the budget too. Sales of players like Morgan Ferrier and probably Andy Cook could net us a decent amount too.

I'm not saying we will definitely be up there, but I wouldn't write us off yet.

Why is this thread still on the first page? Don't tell me people wait 'til they see the full team squads before predicting?

Basically anyone that hasn't already predicted can't win the prediction league now due to the bonus points you get for doing it early.
