Cook is an unbelievable manager. If we had managed to entice him in it would have been the biggest coup of the season at this level, he is that good. The best I’ve seen at our place in my lifetime.

John has made over 300 FL appearences and has been involved at clubs like Sheffield United and Nottingham Forest. To write him off is ridiculous. You can't be called Russell and be a top manager. John, sorry Pemberton, would put 100% in.

Genuine question, and I don't know the man but could Penn hold the fort in front of a Barbecue at a summer party that contained 50-60 people? And keep all the people there well fed and make sure everyone's got a drink at all times etc.
