Good end to the first half for us, 2-0 up with Sunderland a goal down and Luton drawing. Plenty of time for all that to change.

Sounds a good game at Plymouth - Luton starting to rack up some chances in this second half.

Appears that Sunderland haven't turned up at all at Wycombe, considering they've lost 4 matches in a row. The away side have only 1 attempt on goal in the game in over an hour so far.

Finishes 0-0 at Home Park. Sounded Luton did more than enough to win the game in that half.

23 games unbeaten.

Sums up our season.

Games against Gillingham, Oxford and Bristol Rovers have resulted in four shots on target from the opposition. Four goals conceded and three losses.

We make it so easy.

Mayhem at Wycombe. Sounds like Tyson got sent off after the final whistle. Honeyman and Bean were sent off seconds before after the equaliser.

Pretty pleased with a point there in a tricky game, sounded like we played reasonably and weren’t in particular trouble in terms of losing the game just wouldn’t fall for us which happens. Another long away trip to a Bradford now, pretty big ask of the players to have those 2 away games back to back.

Sounds like Hylton was perhaps harshly targeted by the ref but getting to the point now where the trouble is more than what he is giving us.

Sunderland at Oakwell on Tuesday night is going to be huge. Well in Wycombe, a shame they couldn’t hold on for the win but I’ll very happily take that.

Won't know how to feel about Luton's draw until after the Bradford game on Tuesday. Win that and 4 points from 2 tough away games is an excellent return, fail to win and we'll be looking rather wobbly.

Also, like every Luton fan, I'm delighted to have Mick Harford as manager until the end of the season but can someone please get him to stop with this nonsense of bringing Dan Potts on as sub every game. Such a waste when you have (by League 1 standards) a wealth of attacking talent sitting on the bench.

Did think that sub was a very odd one as well to be honest, probably lacked that bit of tactical nous to turn that from a point to ground out win. Like you say though, depending on Tuesday it may prove a great week.

I don't like to criticise, because Big Mick is doing a great job, but he needs to make some changes. He's inherited a great squad from Judas and has allowed them to self manage. That only goes so far. Eventually teams at this level will work you out and the level of play will regress a tad. It seems we did enough to win the game today, but the last three games we've not been as fluid as we can be. Not a huge concern, because they were heady heights and we're still in a comfortable position; one we wouldn't have dreamed about 12 months ago.

But we have quality players just sitting on the bench and in the stands - where is Cummings who has barely featured and Thorne not even in the matchday squad. I know we have an embarrassment of riches, but we need to tinker a little bit.

When we're trying to win a game, you don't need to swap the left backs, admittedly, Potts is a quality replacement that offers height at set pieces. Last weekend, Hylton was placed at the tip of the diamond which is a really strange decision - that experiment lasted all of 5 minutes before he had a tantrum and subbed off.

Not complaining, just observations.

Sickening to lose last kick of the game. Terrible own goal too. We get closer to the drop

MASSIVE 89th minute winner for us today, picking up form at a crucial time. Can't believe how high up the table we are yet still only four points off the drop.

Any faint hope we had of getting back into the top two is gone after that shower of shit. Totally outplayed and deserved nothing.

Neither ourselves or Charlton are good enough to trouble the top three so we'll end up playing each other in the play-off semis, which obviously Charlton will win because they're a bogey team/generally better than us.

Whilst we weren't very good today, I have to say you were really poor. Two bad teams in general though, but of course a very very welcome 3 points.

Onto Gillingham, a ground we never get a point at. They're in decent form too.

Bradford & Rochdale will certainly be looking up the table as well with a new manager bounce bound to come in

I have to say, this is really f*cking tight. I've never know a season to be this close

So annoying that out form since Wally took over has averaged 1.3 points a game which would have had us 12 th over a season. Wish we had sacked Ardley earlier.

Unimpressive show from Sunderland today, but they clearly had more quality than they showed.

Our dicking around and timewasting remains as counterproductive as ever - I wish we got rid of it.

Still, whatever, stopped the run of 4 defeats on the bounce and we’re still in the prime mid-table mediocrity spots.

5 points from relegation and you aren’t looking over your shoulder?

I know there are a lot of teams in between but if you’ve only picked up 1/15 points I’d be more worried than that

Well I’m certainly not taking anything for granted, we’ll have to see how things pan out but I would hope we can manage 6-8 points out of our remaining games.

If we can’t then we deserve what’s coming, but we’ll see.

Dicking around and timewasting , my lord it was shambolic. Referee was horrific and i reckon about 15 mins of actual football was played due to your players going down more than a prostitute. First half was bad from us but you did have the wind which was very strong and i genuinely thought u lot were great first half but the second sums up everything other clubs have said about you. Everytime we were going forward there was no intent to get the ball, we ended up with 9 men on the field as two went off injured. Alex Samuel should of been sent off and Bean should have had a second yellow miles before he took Watmore which shudda been a straight red anyway.

I’m just glad we rescued a point because losing that would have been hard to take with the way your lot went about it. We are no angels but yesterday wasn’t a football match it was a farce.

Yeah fair shout. I reckon the top relegation spot is more likely to be around 54 as 40 points with 11/12 games to go is quite a high amount

Yeah we were pretty dominant against you again and would definitely fancy us to beat you over two legs in the play-offs.

That said, if its any consolation - we completely dominated Rotherham over two games last season and I really wanted to meet them in the play-offs, they ended up winning them whilst we lost to Shrewsbury.

Yes, there was absolutely no comparison between the midfields. Ben Close is one of those players that can look good against poorer teams, but is so clearly out of his depth against better players.

The front line tried but they were just getting no service other than hoof ball.

So play-offs it is. I don't think we're bad enough to throw away a ten-point gap. The teams 7th and below aren't winning consistently enough. At least we may be in a position to rest players before the play-offs, rather than still having to go for an auto. Silver linings and all that.

Conditions probably going to make tonight a challenge, looking at the Bradford highlights of the Peterborough game the pitch looks in a right state up there and with the weather and this coming off the back of another long away game it will be a massive test of character.

See Hylton is still starting, not keen on that at all myself, a great player for us but he hasnt been at his best since injury last year and our best performances have all come with a pacey partner for Collins. Having said that, a tough game where grit rather than flair might be required, might be his sort of game. Big call by Mick though.
