Not biting, but please give a reason for your thoughts

I was referring to how it’s a challenge to make predictions so early -

Well take us for instance, we’ve signed lee gregory, some might see he’s getting on a bit and probably not what a bolton/birmingham etc would be looking for, however i’d say for a side new to the league he’s a more than decent signing.

Cloughs said he’s looking for 4 more players, no idea who they are yet so hard to gauge where we’d be league wise.

If you saw the accidental quote referring to bolton (which was removed afterward) ignore as that was a half quote from someone else.

Congrats to Oxford, Buckingham got it spot on over the three games and went into 'PO Mode' to get the job done.

Very functional but excellently organised on Saturday and that's what it's all about in those sort of games.

Bit of a weird season for them with starting very well, losing their manager, having really patchy form under Buckingham for the middle part of the season (was it only 7 wins in 21 or something?) before picking up in the final 6-8 games.

I could put up our statistics since the 70s Promotions, League Winners, League cup Final, Efl cup winners, Play off winners, Fa cup Semi -finals European football, All four Divisions of the league.......Then you have Exeter 90 Seasons of league three and four football
You could, but you are still here. Brentford are bigger than you these days

May is quality but back when you was playing us he got pelters from your support for being lazy.....the guy is class

Which game?

I definitely have never heard anyone call May lazy. That’s absolutely one thing he can never be accused of.

He scored 23 league goals, god only knows how many he’d get if we knew how to use him.

Well done to Oxford, I will follow their progress next season closely as they will likely be a bench mark for alot of similar size clubs at this level looking to go up.

8 seasons at this level and going from a relegation scrap to promotion with 3 managerial changes in 12 months is some achievement.

Karl Robinson laid the foundations ;)

This season was crazy. I still can't believe it. I had written off both Des & the season when Bolton thrashed us 9 weeks ago. I'll never forget this season that's for sure!

Our Malaysian billionaire owners are said to be backing the club next season financially - so praying we can attract enough quality to prolong our time in the Championship
