I've already posted my admiration for your goalkeeper. He's something special.

Oi, probably my greatest ever invention when I was last on this forum. Its legacy and usage speaks volumes.

Went into Monday with next to no expectation and I've gone in today with no expectation at all. Some of our fans crying that Doncaster fans are already buying tickets to Wembley. Let's be honest they're doing the right thing in a logical sense. We may as well rename ourselves "Crewe-nil" after our performances in the last two months of the season. We only have ourselves to blame for not turning up on Monday. We've simply run out of steam, ideas and that's natural in lower league football hence why every team is capable of being exceptionally streaky both good and bad. We also don't look capable of scoring 1 goal, let alone 2, and if we want to avoid penalties we need 3! And that's without conceding soft goals!

Already had the day off long in advance of today so I'm more concerned about being lumped with shite Guinness in Manchester later than the game in itself. You go on the off chance the 0.1% miracle might happen. But I am heavily resigned to this team once again huffing and puffing for 25 minutes, missing a sitter and then conceding their first shot on target they face.

Despite this being our most successful full season in over a decade (COVID season excluded), I feel a weird sense of relief that it'll almost certainly end tonight. Almost feels like we've had an injury in every single game we've played this season, barely had a settled side, players coming back from injury a shadow of their former selves (understandably so), goals dried up, entertainment dried up and we look knackered. And when you do well, you're so emotionally invested that every setback hits you harder and, at times, you're wondering what sort of team are we gonna put out on Saturday or we're knackered if we've only got one striker available for the rest of the season.

All I ask tonight is that this excellent group of players don't disgrace themselves. Get an early goal and see what happens.

If Crewe score early it’s a totally different scenario, nothing is a given and we haven’t won anything yet.

I feel great about today. There's absolutely no pressure, no expectation, nothing - so I'm travelling up to Doncaster just hoping to see a group of players that surpassed everyone's expectations this season give their all for one last time this season and have a good sing song with the fans that have been there along the way.

Whatever happens happens, let's just enjoy it.

That’s my fear, you have zero pressure on you so it’s a free hit, couple that with the fact we never do anything easily, unlike you, I most certainly not relaxed about tonight.

Looks like MK are being very petty with their allocation, it appears they have split the away fans so that we're in each upper tier corner, pathetic really.. #we'll still bring the noise.

Like others have said, crewe really don’t have any pressure on them and they may as well go play, no other way round it.

Should make for an open and entertaining game

Makes this a bit more interesting than I thought it was going to be.

Demetriou as well, making up for his arse up in the first leg.

Some response this from Crewe. Totally deserved as well.

Crewe would be wise to absolutely go for it now and get a quick lead before Doncaster decide to actually wake up.

Just shows that a 2-0 lead is far from comfortable in a 2 legged tie.

Worst thing crewe can do now is sit back now they’re level, go for it while on top.
